Gorgeous Home Perfect for Large Group
The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was great to have two washer and dryers, two refrigerators, two ovens, etc. Having a pool along with the beach access was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend to others. Only criticism would be lack of proactive communication by the property manager.Property Manager was timely in responses however, some issues seemed to be things he was already aware of but did not communicate with us ahead of time. Shortly after our arrival we realized half of the house, including half of the bathrooms and the kitchen, did not have warm/hot water. Upon reaching out we learned that he was aware of this issue and was waiting on a part to fix one of the water heaters. We went the first three days of our trip without warm/hot water in half of the bathrooms and the kitchen. I understand it was an unexpected issue but being given a heads up ahead of time would have gone a long way with our group of 20 guests. Additionally, during two days of our stay work was being done by the city in the driveway. At times it was a bit noisy but the inconvenience came the second day of work when we were unable to leave or access the house for about 4 hours. Members of our group had run out to the grocery store and could not get back to the house for a few hours when they tried to return. We were told the property owner had been given a heads up, but again we were not told ahead of time so we could plan accordingly.
