WHISTLEPUNK #33 - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH -PET FRIENDLY - BEDDING: MASTER BR: Pillowtop King Bed with Flat Screen TV/DVD. PLUS: Flat Screen TV/DVD and Queen Sofabed in Living Room. Ski Storage Entry. Wood Burning Fireplace (wood provided). Washer/Dryer. Quiet, secluded end unit. Perfect for a romantic get-a-way. Level floor plan on grade with the parking lot. Down one flight of stairs to the ski trails. The unit is just off Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system. Across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory.

SLOPE SIDE

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants. Short distance to the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

Perfect location, you barely have to walk 10 yards before you can clip in and get on the slopes. Love that it’s dog friendly, though I would suggest getting garbage cans with lids since they’re at snout height. Also, it’s not in the check in instructions that there are two front doors to get into the unit. There is a red door with a manual lock box in front
 that one’s just open, open it, and then inside is a ski/warming area and there is the door with the digital code lock. Overall, place is great.

Great Weekend!

Our overall stay was great. Met with friends, explored the area and had a wonderful visit. The property was a bit aged and musty smelling even with the dehumidifier. The linens and bath were nice a clean. The kitchen is very dated and the flooring and carpet don’t feel clean due its age probably. It was quiet and just enough space. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend a bit of updating

First snowshoe trip

The condo was sufficient for our needs, for our family of 3. Loved that the bathroom was updated at least. If anything was to be updated at least it was that. Overall the property was fine. Cons were the price for what we are accustomed to paying at other resorts. Parking was difficult & people staying above us were loud walkers & made it difficult to rest.

Good points but some negatives

Property was nice and location was excellent. Negatives were kitchen ceiling lights were out, cooking utensils were subpar, bed is not made with a fitted bottom sheet and water pressure was usable but just barely. Would rent again in the building but not this unit. Did not call Casago because it would have been intrusive. These things should all be checked routinely.

Clean, roomy and well stocked. The Drying area at the entry way was awesome. Availability of firewood outside the door was great-never found the matches though. Our unit was away from the slopes so we had to carry our gear around. The single digit unit numbers are close to the slopes, so if you really want ski in-out, I would rent only units 1-9.

Great place with easy access to slopes

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Whistlepunk. The place is charmingly decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen is well outfitted so you can have home cooked meals after a day on the slopes. Access to the mountain is easy, with a ski out to an easy green run to start your day. Overall very good experience and would rent again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The condo was great especially for the price. Very convenient for walking or biking to the village. Tbe king bed was super comfortable and the bathroom has recently been remodeled which was nice. It’s a little smaller than it appears on the virtual walk thru. There were three of us and it was sufficient but I think it would be too small for 4 if you needed to hang out much. I highly recommend getting a much bigger coffee table or a large ottoman one could put a tray on. The cute little snow shoe table is not very stable and we swapped it with a cooler. Otherwise we had a great weekend of mtb.

Great place. Two adults w two HS senior boys/young men. A bit of a tight fit as expected, but managed well. Mom didn’t care too much about sharing one bathroom with the boys but, again, managed well. Could use more storage in mud room for ski gear.

Easy Stay

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The checkin and checkout process was easy. The balcony overlooks the parking garage area, which was a little different than expected, but still great. We would go back!

Cozy ski condo

This was perfect for a last minute quick getaway. Perfect for 1 adult and 2 teenage boys. Had everything we needed. Very clean with nicely renovated bathroom, and very comfortable king bed in a good size bedroom. Boys had queen size pull out sofa. Kitchen had everything you needed for a lengthy stay. 10 minute walk to the village, and a 5 minute walk to get lift tickets. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

Very nice unit, with some incredible uogrades (bathroom). Until more snow falls, not ski in/ski out but still very close. If you like to cook, the pans are limited, but kitchen is very functional.

Cozy Getaway

Whistlepunk is our favorite spot at Snowshoe! This particular room is very cozy, beautifully decorated and has all the essentials. Plenty of firewood right outside the door. The bathroom looks recently updated. đŸ€© It is a short and easy walk to the Village. I'm sure my husband and I will be back again.

Condo needs some updating, renovating and organizatjon

Property location is nice for walking to village, however, the unit as a whole needs updating, carpets need to be removed or deep cleaned and someone needs to organize the kitchen area(pots kept under sink)Owners need to spend some $ to make some updated changes. Original linoleum was peeling under the washer and dryer and where the trash can was kept. TV, microwave and one burner on stove not working upon our arrival and not fixed until the following date late AM to early afternoon. Proximity to the village is what the unit has going for it. Will not stay here again.

Family ski weekend home base

Our family of three enjoyed this cozy property for a long ski weekend. Easy access to the slopes. Good location to prepare meals in the condo kitchen, or, to stroll to 3 restaurant options next door. Nice to have a working fireplace, with logs provided.
