I booked the room online through Hotels.com. On the info it said check in starts at 3pm and check out is 11am. Well I arrived, shortly after 9pm and there was a note on the door saying ring bell for management. So I did, a few times, a few minutes apart. No one came. So I called, no one answered either time. So I am out the money I spent for that room, and had to pay twice as much for the other room!
Customer service here is amazing. All the ladies were so kind! The only thing I will say is that the pillows on the bed were so flat, the shower got cold so fast, and there was no shampoo. Other than that, we had a great experience.
This a great value if you are staying in Soda and need a clean room and bed. My wife had surgery at the local hospital and Deb and her crew provided the perfect experience for what I needed!
The beds were comfortable. It had good water pressure. The carpet was filthy. Tub and sink was not clean. I think nothing has been done to it since it was built probably 50 years ago. It had 8.6 rating. I donât think so.
The AC was almost nonexistant! It could no keep up in a snow storm. Hard to stay in a room with a temp of 81 degrees. That is not what I paid for. The key did not work all the time only after working with the key. Worst motel I have ever stayed at!
