The living room is also a great place to spend quality time with family or friends, whether it's watching a movie on the smart TV using your Amazon or Netflix account, listening to music, surfing the internet on our high-speed internet hotspot, or simply getting away from technology and playing board games. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day in the mountains."When not in use, the double couch can easily be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed for two people to sleep on.The Kitchen Our kitchen is not only functional but also spacious, featuring a comfortable breakfast bar seating area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quick snack. We offer a high chair upon request for our little guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including knives, chopping boards, a fridge freezer, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and an Italian moka espresso maker. We also provide coffee and tea sachets to get you started on arrival.

The Bathroom
This bright and clean bathroom features a nicely pressurised shower, heated towel rail to keep your towels snuggly warm, a large mirror to admire yourself, and a hair dryer to ensure you look your best. You'll also find essential toiletries like soap and toilet paper to get you started, and a cosy bath floor mat for your comfort.

The Bedroom
Our cozy and modern bedroom, complete with a comfortable double bed has a modern look and feel with bedside reading lights on both sides of the bed, perfect for winding down with a good book. Fresh duvets and pillows are provided to ensure a good night's sleep, and you'll also find a large wardrobe for all your belongings and an extra blanket for your comfort. Plus, with sockets next to the bed, you can charge your devices with ease. Enjoy your stay in style!

Outside Balcony
Our apartment also features a balcony with one table and two chairs, providing beautiful views of the mountains around. You can also kick back and unwind in the hammock on the balcony while taking in the beautiful mountain views.

Parking
In addition to on-site parking, we're happy to provide e-charging facilities on request for environmentally conscious guests. Just let us know ahead of time, and we'll make sure you're all set up.

Ski room
Our ski and boot room, located in the cellar next to the heating room, keeps your equipment nice and dry. Whether you're a skier or snowboarder, you'll find seating to change your boots and slip into your house shoes, and racks to store your gear. Check out the piste map on the wall before catching the ski bus right outside our doorstep.

Meet Lenny, the proud owner of Bergviewhaus Apartments located in the beautiful village of Söll in the Wilder Kaiser area. This area is famous for its top ski area, the SkiWelt, which has won numerous awards and is one of the largest interconnected valleys in Austria. In the summer months, the area is known for its Hexenwasser theme park and offers plenty of opportunities for mountain sports enthusiasts. Lenny has put his background in construction and experience as a travel representative to good use by designing and Bergviewhaus Apartments. Lenny and his family live on the premises and are always available to help make your stay comfortable and unforgettable.
