For reservations with 4 guests, an additional 10 euro cleaning fee is charged.

During your stay please keep in mind the following apartment and building rules:
Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, I will do my best to take action.

No events, parties or excessive noises are allowed. Also, smoking inside is forbidden. Use the terrace for smoking where there is an ashtray or the kitchen absorber.

Building quiet hours:
- From 14:00h to 16:00h in the afternoon
- From 22:00h in the evening until 09:00h in the morning.

These rules must be followed in order to avoid any inconvenience for the neighbours or yourself during the stay.

Early, late check in and late checkout are possible:

Check in before 15:00h - if there is no reservation on the previous day I signal immediately when the apartment is ready for early check in.

Check in after 15:00h - always possible except some occassions (if apartment is not prepared).

Check out until 15:00 is negotiable, additional 40 euro fee is applied.
