Charming Cottage Near Beaume Waterfall & Puy-en-Velay with Private Parking and Two Terraces

800m from the Cascade de la Beaume (a must-see site in Haute-Loire) and
about fifteen minutes south of Puy-en-Velay, a few minutes walk from the Gorges de la Loire, still wild, and close to the Gorges de l'Allier, this cottage has an ideal geographical location to discover the many facets of Haute-Loire.

The accommodation is located in the owner's building but not directly attached to his house. It benefits from private and covered parking, on an unfenced plot.

Two terraces, one sunny and the other covered, allow you to enjoy meals outdoors depending on the weather. Access to the covered terrace and the entrance is via a gently sloping barn climb.

The living room consists of an equipped kitchen, a relaxation lounge area with TV and a dining area. Two bedrooms under the slope offer 4 beds distributed as follows: a large double bedroom with the possibility of a baby bed, a bedroom with 2 fixed single beds and a folding but comfortable bed. Possibility of an extra bed. The bathroom is spacious and consists of a walk-in shower and a toilet that meets accessibility standards. An additional independent toilet is located next to the storeroom, which houses the washing machine and offers plenty of storage space.

Wood heating with a pellet stove and electric backup if necessary.

Long stays possible on request. The whole is on one level. Barn climb not accessible independently in a wheelchair.
