Bellavista is a charming apartment offering one bedroom, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, living-dining room, and a comfortable terrace with spectacular views of the Port of Sóller.

The apartment is accessed by going down a set of stairs to reach the complex. It is located very close to the Jumeirah Hotel, which serves as a useful reference point.

Its excellent location — just 150 meters from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all services in the Port of Sóller — more than makes up for the stair access.

The large bedroom window offers a wonderful view of the port.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: coffee maker, juicer, toaster, microwave, iron, hairdryer, among others.

The apartment also features free Wi-Fi and Astra satellite TV channels. Thanks to its orientation, it receives sunlight throughout the day. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room

It is a perfect option for hiking enthusiasts, as it is ideally located for starting mountain trails. The town of Sóller is just a 5-minute drive away, although you can also get there comfortably on the iconic Sóller tram.
