Welcome to our wine country home, just 3 miles from Sonoma Plaza and minutes from wineries, restaurants, parks, Glen Ellen, and Kenwood.

This spacious 3-bedroom home is made for relaxing after a day of wine tasting, with a large backyard, outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit, and a brand-new hot tub under the stars.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors and real families nearby, so it is best suited for respectful guests looking for a peaceful Sonoma stay. No parties, events, or loud outdoor gatherings are allowed.

**The space**
Spacious 3-bedroom home with a large backyard, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining area, hot tub, Wi-Fi, Xfinity, and washer/dryer.

**Guest access**
Minimal interaction. Come and go as you please.

**The neighborhood**
Quiet, friendly street close to Sonoma Plaza, local wineries, restaurants, and parks.

**Parking**
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Easy access to Highway 12.

**Things to know**
Licensed Sonoma County vacation rental. Permit is posted on the premises.

Sonoma County quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. This includes loud voices outdoors. No hot tub use after 9pm.
No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage charges through Airbnb.

No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for respectful guests looking for a peaceful Sonoma stay.

Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Please keep voices low outdoors during these hours. No hot tub use after 9pm.

Outdoor amplified music is not allowed at any time.

Please follow the hot tub instructions posted in the house manual. No glass or food in or around the hot tub. Plastic wine cups are provided in the kitchen for outdoor use.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests during the day and 6 guests overnight, in accordance with Sonoma County vacation rental permitting.

Before checkout, please:
• Remove all food and personal items from the refrigerator and cupboards.
• Take trash to the bins at the side of the house next to the garage.
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Place used towels in the laundry basket on top of the washer/dryer.
• Leave beds unmade so our cleaners know which linens were used.
• Turn off the heat/AC, lights, fans, and close blinds/curtains.
• Lock all doors, including sliding doors and garage door.
• Return the key to the lockbox.

The house was the perfect size for our girls trip with 5 of us. We loved the location. The outdoor living space was beautiful and peaceful. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We had no problem reaching our hosts and they were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place outdoors and inside. I went with colleagues to have a work retreat where we met for a little while when we first arrived, went to an amazing nearby winery went out to dinner in Glen Ellen, then spent the next day working in a gorgeous environment. My partner joined us. We had a lovely dinner hot tub took walks around the neighborhood and then I spent an amazing time in Sonoma on Saturday before coming home on Sunday. Great location wonderful home. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Home away from home

This Sonoma home offers great space for the 3 couples that stayed. We were able to have breakfast together before heading out on adventures. Beds were comfy. Appreciate the ability to park in the driveway instead of street like all others around the area. Beautiful lemons on the tree.

What a Gem! What a FANTASTIC, cozy home!

I found this little gem for a last-minute getaway in Sonoma and I am so happy I did! The host got back to us very quickly and had great communication. The home was very clean, cozy and had everything needed for our weekend getaway. Also, there are quite a few restaurants we were able to walk to from the property. The Sonoma Square is also a super cute place to visit and is a longer walk or a very quick car ride.

Loved this place. The only thing missing was a butler, but that wasn’t part of the deal so can’t complain. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Leaves were starting to turn which was pretty but left the back yard a bit messy. Easily overlooked but us. We will come back.
