Bel hôtel construit en 1927. Il faut faire attention au type de chambre et au super rabais offert. Des chambres au r-d-v du bâtiment principal donne la vue sur le parking et conteneurs à déchets. C’est pourquoi les vitres des fenêtres sont givrées jusqu’à mi-hauteur. On a accepté de nous changer de chambre pour une à l’étage, c’était mieux. Salle de bain très standard qui aurait besoin de rénovation. Frais de resort de 39$ US /nuit en plus du prix payé sur Hôtels.com Très bon service des employés, mais de notre côté, nous avons trouvé le prix trop élevé pour la qualité des chambres.

The site was very nice and clean although situated in a not so nice area not a lot to do around

My first time staying at this Fairmont. I was disappointed. For the price 700$ a night for each room, I expected much more. I booked two rooms for myself and my guests. They were not near each other and they wouldn’t move us closer. The heated pool was tepid at best. No jacuzzi to use unless you paid 50$ a person and it closed at 6:00pm. 39$ to park. The only positive was complimentary champagne on arrival. Much better options in the Napa area.

The resort fee of 49 covers self parking. If you prefer valet parking, the charge is 39. Spa Day passes are available for 49 per person. Gives you full access to the spa facilities from 9am to 6pm. This is a different type of Fairmont. It is not fancy but low key elegant comfort. The property doesn't show as well as it should but they were cleaning up from a huge party and it had rained for a week straight so they were rushing to clean it up. But, there were wine glasses and buckets that sat for more than a day in the hallway, the outdoor elevator was an old motel elevator that leaked badly and rattled its way up and down. The self-parking entrance and area is a mess to look at and sort of trashy.The room was very comfortable and plush enough. Loved having a real fireplace! And the staff were wonderful.
