Accommodation was in a perfect location. Facilities at the hotel were excellent. Arrived and was told garage was full so car was take to valley parking and was not too easy accessible. But perfect stay. Thank you.

Pathetic service Room condition was very poor House keeping was awful The only good thing was the location It really is not a 4 star but less than 3 but charge 5 star prices I waited 3 days for a tissue box The king bed was not joined properly Reception staff and mangers were pathetic and do not sort any problems out. Pool deceiving and not glamorous at all Nothing good to say at all No value for money

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast — I expected much better, especially considering we are in Italy with such wonderful food.

Great hotel in a great town.

A bit dated, but big comfortable rooms, a decent enough pool, great breakfast and staff, clean and easy to get to. It is a few blocks from the main centre of town. I would for sure recommend this hotel to everyone, it was fair priced and exactly what we needed.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located close to the central square where all the shops and restaurants are located. Take the hotel’s rear gate and you’re there in 4-5 minutes walk. Staffs were friendly and attentive. We were given a bottle of complimentary wine, and coupons for glasses of champagne upon our check-in. Buffet breakfast was included with our booking, and we enjoyed it. Variety & selection was good. They try to switch up some of the fresh fruits & pastries each day. The room was of good size for 3 of us. Lots of storage for clothing, and a lot of counter space & shelves in the bathroom. The room, however, is beginning to show its age with it dark wood trimmings. There are quite a few chipped tiles on the floor. On our 2nd last day I looked up at the bathroom ceiling and noticed some black spots. There is also lack of privacy in the bathroom. I can hear the guest in the next room talk. I would assume if I can hear them, they can also hear me talking in the bathroom. I can actually hear their shower water running. Despite the minor hiccups I would consider staying here again.

I spent one night with my family. We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast variety was good and the location of the hotel is great. We would visit again in the future.

Loved our stay and wanted to extend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. Roof bar view is great. The pool is very clean. Night entertainment was fun. Our room was large enough for 3 and cleaned and restocked with towels every day.

Excellent location, staff and cleanliness. Downside is the policy of not bringing any outside food or beverage onto the property, this includes bottled water. For the price of a 4 star hotel, I expect to be able to bring a bottle of water into my room without feeling like I am breaking the rules. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Beautiful place, but i saw a cockroach in my room, you can tell that they didn’t change the sheets, the pool area closes at 6pm but even the chairs near it which limits where one can lounge and the restaurant was never open at night. Aside from those tiny things I would say its a nice hotel.
