Situé dans l'une des principales rues panoramiques de Sorrente, à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, dans un quartier résidentiel avec hÎtels et manoirs, la "Villetta dell'armonia e colori" offre à ses clients tout le premier étage, avec de grandes et jardin bien entretenu. Grande terrasse Solarium panoramique avec barbecue, au dernier étage de la villa accessible par le jardin. La villa est à 5 minutes à pied de la mer.
Mon mari et moi vous attendons, nous serons présents pendant toute la durée de votre séjour pour le rendre agréable et confortable. Nous sommes disponibles pour vous conseiller sur les meilleurs voyages possibles à travers la cÎte.
La Villa l'Ulivina est bien reliĂ©e au centre de Sorrente mais pour chaque besoin, nous sommes disponibles pour venir vous chercher Ă  la gare ou au port de Sorrente Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. Un garage privĂ© peut ĂȘtre disponible sur demande.
La villa l'Ulivina est dans une position privilégiée pour rejoindre facilement toutes les principales stations touristiques de la cÎte. Capri est facilement accessible en hydroglisseur depuis le port de Sorrente. Pompéi et Herculanum sont à moins d'une demi-heure avec le Circumvesuviana de la gare.
Positano, Amalfi et Ravello sont reliées par des bus touristiques et sont accessibles en 20/25 minutes. Au port de Sorrente, il est également possible de louer des bateaux privés pour des excursions d'une journée. Nous signalons également la belle promenade jusqu'aux thermes de la reine Giovanna, un lieu agréable et archéologique (ruines de la villa romaine Pollio) accessible en 15 minutes. Very responsive superb host. Place is also immaculately clean. Nice views. Reasonable walking distance to and from town and bus stop literally right outside the front gait to the place if walking doesn’t work. Good parking at an additional charge daily of 20 Euro per day but parking is a nightmare everywhere you would go with said car, so better to use transit overall

The villa was wonderful. The best place we stayed in Italy. My only issue is the distance to the town. The walk in was treacherous. You are directly on the road with no sidewalk. You can catch the bus but there is no schedule or you can call a cab (the cabs are very expensive. One cab we got in started the meter at 20 euros.).The views on the rooftop were amazing and Lorenzo, the owners son, was helpful.

The property is absolutely beautiful, and the views are amazing. Our hosts were so lovely and live on the property. They could be easily reached with questions through WhatsApp. Our hosts welcomed us with a beautiful bottle of wine, sweets and filled the cupboards with some cooking essentials like pasta, cereal, milk. They also provided coffee, creamers & sugar. It was great to have a washer available to use during our stay. Having the three bedrooms especially make your stay enjoyable. Our hosts also provided information of areas to visit during our stay and preferred restaurants when you don't want to do the cooking. The location is a short distance from the Sorrento shopping area and water. Just hop on the EV 008 bus for 2Euros and you can easily reach your destinations or take a lovely walk downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay in this spectacular villa. Thank you Laura, Massimo and Lorenzo!

When we travel, we like to find homes that give us the feeling of being a local, not a tourist.This home did just that. Beautifully landscaped with stone steps leading you to a rooftop deck with unobstructed views of the water and Mount Vesuvius. The interior could not have been any clearer and all beds were very comfortable.2 full bathrooms were perfect. The decor is not modern but wonderful for the style home.Our hosts, were more than welcoming, they supplied us with an assortment of breakfast options and a great espresso machine always stocked with great quality coffee.Would we stay there again? No question

Like having your own villa in Sorrento

The house was was well set up for living in Sorrento. It truly was like having your own villa. It was an authentic Italian home - well decorated and very well cared for. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable. And the view from the rooftop patio was outstanding.

OUR STAY IN SORRENTO

Absolutely beautiful property, clean and the views did not disappoint, the listing photographs are spot on. Lorenzo helped out with transportation, as it being the "off-season" taxi's were difficult to find. We managed getting around using the bus (stop located right in front of the villa) and walking down to central Sorrento. We would highly recommend staying at Villa L'Ulivina to anyone.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic place to enjoy the views of mt Vesuvius and Serranto. There is a rooftop patio and a cozy garden. Two restaurants within a few yards, both very good. Easy walk into town. Bus right outside door. The owner and family were so welcoming. The apartment is super clean. Highy recommend!!

We were 2 couples traveling. This house had two separate bedrooms as well as bathrooms. It was clean and a short half mile walk to the downtown area. Beautiful views on the roof top veranda which is on the next level. The washer was broken while there but the owner graciously washed a few things for us

Love Sorrento!

Loved the amenities and the view! Laura and Lorenzo were excellent hosts and helped us out before and during our stay! The small bed was not so comfortable so my daughters shared a double instead. The road is narrow and busy which was hard for one out of four of us. The hospitality more than made up for that!

Treated Like Family

Lorenzo was an amazing host that manages a beautiful and very clean house. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The rooms were big and the bathrooms very clean and updated. Having a washing machine with children and lots of hot days made our stay like we were at home. The views were amazing and to have the bud stop in front of the villa made it all the better. Paradise in Sorrento!

This property is indeed your "home" in Sorrento! The host Lorenzo makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. The villa was well stocked with breakfast goods and other food to get your holiday off to a great start. The property is amazing! Beautiful gardens to enjoy and the rooftop views of the Bay and Mt. Vesuvius are breathtaking! There is a bus stop at the entrance to the villa which makes traveling to town so easy. You can walk to town if you wish, but we enjoyed using the local bus system. The villa is ideal for visiting the Sorrento & Amalfi coast areas. We stayed for the month of July and it was hot and humid in this region. But it was so nice to return to the air-conditioned villa to relax. Lorenzo was so nice and took such good care of the property and our needs. I do need to add that the property is located on a busy street and there is road noise. We found that the other benefits of the villa far outweighed this downside. If you are staying in Sorrento, I highly recommend this property!

Amazing place!

Better than expected. Beautiful grounds. The rooftop terrace and the patio outside the rooms are gorgeous. The location was fantastic with restaurants nearby. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They speak English very well if that’s important to you. Everything was great right down to their local restaurant recommendations. I will stay here again if in Sorrento.

Fun in Sorrento

We were there for only a short two night stay but were able to spend time on Capri, a whole day driving the Almafi coast and dinner in Sorrento. All were great experiences and this place (be sure you have the two 'names' for this place handy...Villa L'Ulivina AND Villa Golconda, it can be confusing when using the map on the VRBO site versus the actual address of Via Capo 68). Wish we had been able to spend three nights to see more of Sorrento itself. Ratings are self explanatory but like other places in Italy, be prepared for only one towel per person to be provided (and maybe bring a compact portable shower caddie).
