We designed Casa Coral Sosua as the ultimate vacation getaway paradise and aimed to please! We started with a secure location on the beach. Guests can immerse themselves on all three levels of the villa; explore the indoor coral cave down below, take a swim in the pool and play on the ground level, or head up to the 2nd level for the ultimate lounge experience on the wrap around balcony with sundeck and hot tub. This 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom villa sits on 4800 usable square feet. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with private entrance, air conditioning plus fan, and 42" smart hdtv. All bedrooms have plenty of room for storage and closet space for longer stays. Two of the bedrooms have additional sofa-beds and there are additional sleep chaises in the living room. You'll enjoy the luxury and personal touches throughout.

The living room if full of entertainment featuring a 106" high definition projector with streaming services and Playstation 5 gaming system. The villa also features high speed wireless internet throughout and has integrated Bluetooth and Sonos home theater and music system covering house and pool area. Entertainment area also features a full size pool table and ping pong table. We also have fun adult and family board/card games.

The kitchen is spacious for cooking and features stainless steel appliances. The patio/pool area features a BBQ grill. Electricity and hot water are included. The villa also features high speed wireless internet throughout.

This villa has 24 hour access to the beach at Playa Laguna. The beach is located directly across the street. Other villas advertise "beach" access, but this is truly a short walk to the beach. There are also beach towels and equipment on location. The area and accommodations are truly one of a kind!

There is enough parking for 2 cars on the property with additional parking on the street.
