Property was good, but bedroom bathroom needs to be upgraded. Toilet was stained, shower enclosure needs to be repaired and painted. Freezer top outside was rusted and not cleaned. These are the only things I believe keeping this property from being rated excellent.

Villa 66

Location is great. However, the property needs a few upgrades. The guest bathroom shower is better than the masterbed room shower. The jacuzzi is not hot or warm. Hot water is scarce. The outside and landscaping is wonderful. Communication regarding the check-in process could have been better. TV setup could be better. Streaming and cable is an option but can be cumbersome. The property has great potential with a few much needed upgrades.

Very nice !

We loved the house and service. Staff and owner were helpful and nice. Good communication. Backward is amazingCouple little things to make it more comfortable would be to change the bedding ( especially pillows were very uncomfortable) , lots of aunts in kitchen ( although staff were really helpful at cleaning etc ) overall we would not hesitate to book with nitin again .Natasha

Close to everything

The property was clean. The host was very nice. Location was great. Short walk to the beach and or to grocery store. Near the heart of the nightlife only a 10 minute walk.
