The safe in the rooms is not really safe. The cleaning staff have the key to the safe. Therefore, not safe to leave jewelry in the room.The room did not have consistent hot water.Breakfast is "included" but not really. A coffee refill? extra charge. Eggs? extra chart. Add avocado or get juice? extra charge. its not really a free breakfast. Felice was very lovely. Front desk also very helpful. Cleaning staff were kind and prompt. I'd rate this a 2 star hotel and likely will not return to this hotel next time.
