Wooden cabin by the river Tenetinjoki in Sotkamo, approx. 40 m to the beach. Own beach and pier.

The cabin has 2 floors, total area is 74 m². On the ground floor, a bright living room/kitchen with high windows facing the river, heat reserving fireplace, a small bedroom with a sofa bed for 1-2, sauna (wood-burning stove), shower/WC, from the utility room access to covered terrace, gas grill/furniture in the summer.

On the upper floor, a doorless bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, access from the loft to a small windowless sleeping loft with alternative beds for 2 (separate 80 cm beds).

There is also a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-heated stove and cauldron. In connection with the sauna building, a small living area /dressing room. Sauna has electricity. Water to the sauna must be brought by using a bucket; in summer from the river, in winter from the cabin. Access to the sauna along a narrow path, no winter maintenance.

Yard area is at natural state, wooded and sheltered. Campfire site on the beach.
