Master shower didn’t have hot water and nobody showed up to repair. Kitchen had only 4 spoons forks knives. Moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker. Convenient location

The kitchen was filthy, cupboards were gross, the dishwasher was torn partially out and smelled like death, the dog had to dodge beer bottle caps in back yard. I told him I was mostly wheelchair bound and he said I wouldn't have any problems. However, I could not fit my wheelchair through the doorway of either BATHROOM. My Mother and I did NOT even stay 24 hours!!! I don't have enough room to write all of the problems with this property. Beware!

The house was great for what I was there for, visiting my son at ND. It would be a lot of fun with a group there watching a football game, you could definitely walk to the stadium, maybe a mile tops I would guess. Daeron was super responsive.

The location was great - close to campus and quiet (even though backs to Ironwood). We walked to the stadium. The beds were so comfortable that I seriously wish I had them in my house! Everyone slept great. The decor is modern and fresh, and the garage game room was great for the kids and adults. We had a couple of issues, but the owner, Dareon, is so responsive. If you need anything, just reach out, and you will have a reply in minutes. He is also so open to feedback which I love. Thanks Dareon!

Our stay was mostly really nice, our host was communicative and check in was easy. The game room was nice for entertaining our son but really looked quite different from the pictures, and some other things from the listing were inaccurate. For example the movie screening in the game room doesn't work, there aren't any cables for audio - this isn't an issue of us not being tech savvy, the equipment just was not there when we wanted to use that for a movie. The kitchen is also lacking in just basic necessities - for example there weren't any butter knives with the basic cutlery, just two steak knives - not the end of the world but stuff that was odd and where we felt like we were camping rather than staying in a fully equipped house with a kitchen. Part of the backyard was mowed, but we had to walk through knee high grass to get to it, and the fire pit, table, chairs, and corn hole game, were all overgrown and/or broken down and unusable so that felt like a very inaccurate part of the listing. I think the yard was the most disappointing part of the stay as we had a good weather forecast and wanted outdoor space for our kid to run off steam. We were here for a memorial/celebration of life for a family member but picked this house as we had young family members and thought the game room and yard would be a good space for time in between. The sleeping spaces were very comfortable and those matched the photos.
