The property was great. It looked exactly like the photos, no catfishing! Travis was an exception host. Gracious, accommodating and very responsive to my issues and questions. We were in town for a funeral and wanted a comfy place to retreat to during that heavy emotional week. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend this owner and his property.

The home owner has thoughtfully anticipated everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, home was very clean, towels and bedding were in excellent condition, and just the heated floors in the basement ensuite makes me want to return! We were in town for my grandson's hockey tournament and to celebrate our family Christmas. Eight adults and 3 kids under 8.

We were in for a football game. Fantastic location that is an easy walk to Notre Dame stadium. House looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for a larger group. We would absolutely stay here again. Host has stocked the house with plenty of coffee and other essentials.

A This was a fantastic rental home. Very short walk to campus (literally hard to be closer), clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and went above and beyond helping organize a couple large item deliveries for the dorm move-in process. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful house for my sisters and me for our family reunion. Cozy, yet many bedrooms that are nicely appointed. Each room has a TV!The back yard was perfect for our family of 11. We used the table as the buffet and sat around the fire for dinner. The Adirondack chairs are nice and comfortable. Reading on the deck on the cushioned seating in the morning sun was so comfortable!Recommend!!

Amazing stay!

We bring all of our grandkids down to see family in Niles every spring break. We have rented 3 other rentals in the area and this by far is our favorite! We had 7 kids and 3 adults with us this time and we were all so comfortable. We had a nice backyard for the kids to play and 2 living rooms where they could have their own space. The BEST thing is the cleanliness of this house! Its beyond clean with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. This will now be our go to place every year!!

Our family had a great weekend visiting family. It offered everything and more and left us wishing we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. The rooms were just what we needed, and the kitchen and living space was great to relax and connect as a family. The backyard was a huge bonus for the kids. Football Weekend

Great property!

Our stay at this property was excellent! Location was wonderful, close to campus, which was a goal. Home is warm and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and is a nice size as we do a lot of cooking when we get together. Neighborhood was very quiet and pretty. Bedrooms were very comfortable, to include the sheets which felt luxurious! Check in and out were simple and host was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great!! We absolutely loved it! The host was so accommodating! The weather was terrible! He had the driveway and side walks completely cleaned. We left to go to a basketball game and when we came back the driveway and walks were done again!! Will definitely go back!!

We were very impressed with everything about this property - from how nice the house was, all the amenities that were were provided to how great the hosts were. We couldn’t have asked for more. An extra bonus was the swing set and playhouse in the backyard that our granddaughter enjoyed. Would definitely rent again!

Fabulous house & location

A group of us ND alum were in town for a game and the house met all our needs. The location is super close to campus allowing us to walk to tailgating and the stadium. The house was supplied with everything we needed, comfy beds and soft towels! Would definitely recommend.

A group of us were in town for a convention and the house was very cozy and clean to be able to relax in when we were not at the convention center. It was also very close to restaurants and shopping for free time. We would definitely book again.
