Modern 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home located in Chatham! 1/10th of a mile to Old Colony Bike path and 1.1 mile to Forest Park Beach. Quick drive to Red River, Ridgevale & Hardings beach. Home features super Fast WIFI, Central Air, Smart TV's in all rooms, Quartz counters, Keurig, Brand new appliances, all new mattresses, 6 foot vinyl fenced in yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, large composite deck & Washer/Dryer! Directly across from 10 acres of public conservation land!

Primary bedroom: 1 king bed, private full bath, 43" smart tv & closet
bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 50" smart tv, closet
bedroom 3: 1 full bed, twin bunk beds, 43" smart tv, closet
Need an extra bed? The living room has a pull out couch and 55" smart TV

You will be able to access the entire home! The home has a key pad on the doors for you to use to enter and lock up when you leave!
📝Other things to note:
Towels and linens included. Kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, mixing bowl, blender etc. All beds are Sleepy memory foam. From experience we find them very comfortable and we consistently get great comments about them. Several guests have went home and purchased one after staying with us!

Located in South Chatham, you'll find that this home is close to all you're favorite "Lower Cape" towns, like Harwich, Brewster & Orleans! When you stay in Chatham, you're able to soak up ALL that the cape has to offer, since its pretty much under an hour to EVERYTHING! Public transportation allows groups to split up and explore various parts of the cape independently. Falmouth is 1 hr west, Provincetown is 1 hr north, The Ferry to Nantucket is just minutes away, and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry is 20 minutes away in Hyannis. All of Harwich/Harwichport saltwater Beaches are located on the calm, warm waters of the Nantucket Sound, which makes for nicer swimming - especially for little ones! If you want more waves or for surfing you’ll want to head east/North east and go to beaches on the Atlantic Ocean side such as Nauset beach, Nauset Lighthouse beach or Coast Guard beach among others! Harwich is a special gem & its one of the best places to stay in Cape Cod for couples/families who like to be outdoors as the bike trail runs through Harwich on the way to the Outer Cape and the Conservation Lands offer some incredible hiking options. We are just .1 of a mile to The Old colony Rail trail which connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. You can cycle your self all over the cape if you choose! If you're here for a wedding at Wequassett Resort, Wychmere Beach Club, or Chatham Bars Inn, they are all really close by!

Family weekend gathering

Perfect home for our family! Beautiful, clean, updated, home. Everything we needed. Great to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in Chatham. Short drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Wedding trip

We were heading to the Cape for a family wedding and potentially needed to bring our two dogs and we needed Sunday to Sunday. There weren’t a ton of listings that fit our needs, but I’m so happy we found this one! The house was perfect! It was nicely decorated, clean and everything that we could have possibly needed was there for us. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a lower level area that was beautifully finished with a giant tv, two arcade games, a Nintendo with games and even a Peloton. Hopefully the owners add that to the listing because it was definitely a must see! Comfortable beds are also a concern for us when we choose a house and these didn’t disappoint. The back deck and yard were very nice and while we decided not to bring our dogs on this trip, I know they would have loved the space. Also, the house was very close to the Wychmere where we went for the wedding and also close to Hyannis where we took a whale watch cruise and a ferry to Nantucket. Red River beach was close by as well and lovely for a beach day. Overall, we would highly recommend this rental property for anyone heading to the Cape.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home Away from Home

My husband and I (and are two pups) had a wonderful stay at this spotlessly clean and cozy home. The house was as advertised with lots of homey touches. We loved having the fenced in back yard for the dogs and there was also a basket of dog toys! Part of our week was raining, but we had full streaming access on the nice TVs and were able to watch movies and play some board games. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and utensils making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was one of the most comfortable we slept in. There was nothing we didn't love here and will be back for another stay. Thank you!
