The Space:

Live the vacation you've been day dreaming about! Escape to South Dennis, a minute walk from Fresh Pond Conservation Land, a five-minute drive to Wilbur Park on the Bass River, and only two miles from numerous Nantucket Sound beaches, this dog-friendly property is sure to have plenty of outdoor activities for both you and your furry friend.

Enter into a convenient mudroom, perfect for keeping sand from the beach out of the rest of the beautiful interior. Rich hardwood floors run throughout the home, including in the fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, which greets guests off of the mudroom entrance. Also on the first floor, a quaint living room allows you to unwind after a long day of Cape Cod fun. The finished basement has beautiful exposed wood ceilings and rich hardwood floors, providing a nice escape to relax after a long day in the sun. Please note the basement bedroom does not have any air conditioning.

Comfortably sleeping seven, two of the home's three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom, with the second bedroom housing two twin beds. A final ground-floor bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements with one queen and one twin bed. Besides the ensuite master bathroom, a second full bathroom can be found on the first floor, complete with full tub/shower combo.

Take your relaxation outside to the beautiful stone fire pit and patio, great for a night under the summer sky. Swan Pond, Fresh Pond, Grand Cove, and the Bass River are just minutes away from this secluded property. Great vacation rental. Perfect for our family and our needs kitchen had everything that we needed to create family meals. I will definitely use houses managed by Del Mar Properties again.

Amazing home and location!

We moved this home for our multi-family and age stay! Lots of indoor and outdoor room allowed us to spread out for the short time we were home! We hosted a lovely outdoor/indoor family dinner that accommodated our extended family perfectly inside and out. We look forward to returning next year!

A very nice place

This place worked well for us. It was close to the rail trail which we cycled. There is a trail on the west side of Baxter St which led to a dog park at the Fresh pond Conservation land. Rory's market & kitchen, on Rt 28, is a nice health food store.

Does the job. Don't expect amenities

Listing was accurate. But no shampoo, soap, and coffee filter seem pretty cheap. A couple dollars would really go a long way to making travel easier for the guests. On another note, the host did grant an hour delayed check out, but a 9am checkout is kinda ridiculous...

Updated home

The home is clean and bright. Kitchen and bathrooms good, nice dressing room area off primary bedroom. Kitchen roomy, perfect for a group. The house sleeps 7, however there are two bedrooms (sleeps 4) on main floor and a queen and twin in lower level area, sleeps 3. There is no bathroom on this level, 2 baths on main floor. This was somewhat inconvenient for anyone who has to get up at night to use the bathroom.

Spacious, Clean & Comfortable

This home is as described. It was perfect for our family - four adults and three teenage boys. We never felt crowded or wanting for more space. The kitchen is stocked with essentials whether you decided to cook, grill or have a take away. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. The shops were close by as was the beach. The property management company was well organized and communication was easy and and timely and very easy. Instructions for checkin and check out were clear and also easy. They also reached out during our stay to make sure we were comfortable (nice touch). Overall, the home was perfect for our needs and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again!
