The Midtown Retreat is a newly remodeled South Haven home just 3 blocks from Lake Michigan and 1 block from downtown dining, shops, coffee, ice cream, and entertainment. This prime walkable location gives families and groups an easy home base for beach days, downtown nights, the marina, trails, and seasonal events.

After a day out, unwind in the private hot tub, grill on the patio, gather around the fire pit, or head downstairs to the game room with air hockey and foosball. The home is built for easy group time, with comfortable spaces to relax, play, and recharge.

Great stay in South Haven

House is clean with plenty of room. The hot tub and games downstairs are a bonus. Right by downtown and beach make this ideal for those who don't want to drive while on vacation. Will be back!!!

Amazing location in South Haven!

We had a wonderful stay for 2 families with little kids! We were so close to downtown South Haven! The house is also a very quick walk to the Kids Corner Park and Beach! Host was super helpful and house was gorgeous! We are planning our trip for next year!

Great Location and Size

If you want to be with him walking distance to all South Haven has to offer, this is the perfect location! There is also plenty of room for everyone with there being five bedrooms, we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space! Aaron, the host is absolutely incredible He has been in communication since our booking last year! He’s prompt and considerate and kind and will do everything he can to make your stay the most enjoyable!
