Steps from Lakeside Beach, the rec center, pool, bowling, yoga and ice skating rink, it is a perfect home base for easy, family friendly Tahoe fun.
This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 4. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. This applies 24/7.
Equipped with a beautifully updated kitchen, where mornings start with coffee on warm wood floors and evenings end around home-cooked meals. Granite counters and new appliances make cooking a pleasure, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils so everything you need is right at your fingertips. Each bedroom feels like a cozy retreat, thoughtfully decorated with heavy pine furniture, soft quilts, and warm lighting that perfectly complements the cabinâs timeless mountain charm.
The backyard is perfect for Tahoe cookouts. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

This home shares a driveway with a separate one-bedroom cabin on the property. When parking, please keep vehicles on the right side of the driveway close to the home. The two homes are fully private and independent, with no shared living spaces, ensuring a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests.

We manage several nearby homes, so if youâre planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, youâll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions; always carry chains. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.
To ensure a smooth, compliant stay, please review all local rules outlined in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.
