With 3BRs, HDTVs, an updated kitchen & a gas barbecue, you'll be surrounded by trees & have quick access to both mountains & the lake, including Heavenly Resort, casinos & dozens of restaurants. Trails for both hiking & biking are nearby with gorgeous views.

This home cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

This cabin features a fantastic layout for families to enjoy together time or time on their own. You will love the ground floor living with 2 bedrooms, a full bath & the main gathering area that connects the kitchen, dining room, & spacious living room. The kitchen has everything you need to a make a chef or baker happy, from a brand new oven (installed in Dec 2025) to a plethora of utensils & cookware. The cozy atmosphere & the entertainment of a 50” HDTV is a good example of how this home provides the best of today with the traditional comfort of a mountain home.

The upstairs features a large family room that is an ideal getaway for fun & games, or a quiet retreat. Plenty of comfortable seating & room for playing games, watching the newly-updated large screen HDTV, or competing on the deluxe air hockey table. With a large bedroom, walk-in closet, & full bathroom, the upstairs is a great suite for the kids or family. There is even a Pack 'N Play for the littlest member of the group.

For outdoor activity, you can head out the back or front door. Right off the kitchen/dining room you will find comfortable west facing back yard with large deck for dining, barbecuing on the gas grill, or just catching some sun while reading a book. Plenty of room to create a snow man too! Need more space? Cross the street to enter the National forest trail system for a leisurely stroll or serious hiking, biking, snow shoeing, & X-Country skiing. You can store your toys in the two-car garage too. When you return from your cold hike, a glove & boot dryer will be waiting for you next to the boot rack.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

This home does not have air conditioning. Fireplace only decorative & is not functional.
