Avis pour Escape to the lake for luxury amenities near Ski Run Marina & Heavenly
Very comfortable and clean. Could not find the playground on site according to pictures. Suggest to have security watch pool area closer. Children were running and jumping into pools, which is not allowed. No supervision of children present. Unpleasant for all adults.
Beware of parking issues and property management company
First the good stuff. The unit itself is nice, updated and relatively clean. Found some cobwebs in the window blinds and dust bunnies under the bed when I dropped a ring but otherwise it was good. It's in a great location near everything. The downside was the property managment team from vacasa is awful. They were unprofessional, rude and not helpful. Be aware there is no assigned parking or spaces near the units themselves. Handicapped people are not welcome according to the girl at the desk. I told her I had a handicap plate. She said there are stairs in every unit so the place is not for handicapped. AND I would have known that had I booked through vacasa? Explained I went through VRBO she said homeowner should have told us. Also not told about parking lot repaving or that it would be closed during our stay. Came back one day to closed signs, caution tape and notes on cars. Really?? We lost power one morning while in the shower and front desk could not tell us how long for outage or who the power company was to call said that is on the HOA. Put our trash out before 5 pm per policy. Came back after dark and discovered it had not been picked up and security said a bear had gotten into it, garbage all over the entrance landing to the unit. Called the desk and they were not sure they had anybody to clean it up to prevent the bear from returning. They did finally send someone. Not impressed by them. It's too bad because place was nice and centrally located.
