Surrounded on three sides by National Forest land, this 4-bedroom + bonus room home is the perfect basecamp for your Tahoe getaway — just 4 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and the lake. A private hot tub waits to help you unwind after the adventure.

Step into the expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, full-wall windows, fireplace, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and dining area. The open-concept space is perfect for relaxed evenings around the fire, home-cooked meals, and board game nights. After a day exploring the outdoors, soak in the hot tub or lounge on the private deck surrounded by towering pines.

The lower level offers a second living area with sofa sleeper, armchairs, 40" HDTV w/ Blu-ray player, Roku & sound bar — perfect for game night or giving the kids their own space.

Excellent Stay!

Overall this is a great house! We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 little kids, and a dog. It was spacious, well stocked, easy to get to, and close to many things including grocery, Heavenly, and lots of restaurants. The backyard is nice, fenced in which is great for a dog. The hot tub worked well and was wonderful after a day skiing. The garage is spacious and the hosts make it easy to use. The house also has a handful of games in the main living room and kids loved the bunk beds. Our only critique is that the 2 queen bed bedrooms beds are not that comfortable, and kind of squeaky.Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with a family, it’s really great!

The only reason why I did not give five stars is because the upper deck was not cleared of ice in snow. Every hot tub session had cold melting snow dripping on our heads. Being that we had 50 weather. We would’ve liked to hang out on the deck a little more.
