Hôtel directement situé devant la plage
Publié le 8 oct. 2022 sur HotelsPersonnel très à l’écoute, facilité du Check-in, parking à 200m de l’hôtel avec possibilité de valet. Proximité de la plage, Grill/BBQ libre d’accès avec tables et chaises dans le jardin pour se faire à manger. Chambre avec Kitchenette toute équipée au top. Seul point à redire serait la qualité moyenne de la literie

We had a great stay at this property. One hiccup was the construction that they had on the floor that we were originally assigned to. There was massive construction going on right next door, and we were dragging drywall dust into our room when we first entered. We called the front desk and they reassigned us to another room, with no nearby construction. The area was quiet and faced the gorgeous snow capped mountains. Parking is tight around the area but we were able to get in and out without any issues.
We loved the kitchen stocked with pretty much whatever utensils and dishware that you will need for your stay. The bed was comfortable and the fireplace was lovely.
They have an indoor/outdoor pool with a sauna and hot tub. They also have an activity center for the littles, with very minimal fees for materials. The second floor has a pool table/foosball, and other activities. Laundry on site is free.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

I expect more from Hilton

- The hotel had too little parking on site
- Immediately after checking in I was approached by a time share sales rep.
- The check in process was slow, cumbersome.
- The desk staff were not friendly and appeared to be overwhelmed with work/tasks.

The property charges a $26 resort fee daily. The jacuzzi was out of service, the sauna was on a timer and always cold, the fire pits outside were out of service, and the games were pretty worn down/broken. Another money grab.
