Rooms are rundown and the bed was very uncomfortable and extremely small (I think a full). Facilities were okay, pool was nice and work out center decent. Service was good as well. But I really couldn’t get past how average the rooms were. Needed a paint job, tiles in the bathroom were molding, weird smells from the neighboring room were coming in, etc. overall not going to go back to stay here

Over all it was a nice stay. For the brand Hilton, I was hoping for more. The beds are a little stiff and uncomfortable and same with their little couches for their living room. Everything was really clean. Service was really nice. Theres a lot of hidden fees (like you have to pay for wifi every day, you cannot park your own car and must use valet parking which is additional fees), and I was hoping they would have complimentary breakfast but didnt. I liked the location in relation to where it was for everything in South Lake Tahoe

There’s only valet service and it’s inconvenient if you don’t have a key card to your Tesla. Offsite parking is a block away across two main streets. It’s dangerous and cold at night when you have to get the car or park the car at the location. Super inconvenient.

Heat was uncontrollable. It was a furnace even when thermostat was set to 72F. Every few hours i would hear what sounded like an explosion. Nice overall with shuttle to Heavenly.

The property was amazing. Comfortable and close to so many great activities. The only downside was valet only parking and on a busy weekend it took a long time.
