I did not like it. It feels overpriced for the type of hotel. We had early check in and was told there were no availability, then they gave us a dirty room, promised discounts to fix it. overcharged my credit card and gave me a less spoken discount. Just not good. I would not recommend it.

Nice family getaway to Tahoe in the summer

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this hotel. The rooms are nicely renovated and the location is excellent. The hotel pool is not heated during the summer so it was a bit chilly for us. The gym is good, but one suggestion would be towels and a water station as it gets pretty warm. The live lobby music in the evenings provides a nice ambience. Rooms were clean and everything worked well.

They’ve done a nice transformation of the property and amenities, but there are some areas that could be improved: - We woke up every morning with sore backs, so something’s wrong with the beds. - The furniture isn’t designed for comfort - the cushions and pillows are really spongy. - There were no outlets in sight by the bed. I think the lamps might have USB ports, but I needed an outlet. The one behind the bed is covered by the headboard that doesn’t move, so it was a struggle to get to the outlet. Otherwise, the stay was good. The bars were good, breakfast buffet was good. You can beat the proximity to the casinos if that’s your thing.

So spacious and loved the room. The lobby was by far my favorite. The live music and bar open late. When I checked it the lady who helped me was very rude. No eye contact at all. I asked her what floor was our room in and she looked and said well what’s your room # that tells you the floor. She had just handed me the key didn’t even say your on this floor. Mind you this was my first time. I even said have a good day and walked away and she didn’t acknowledge that either. She made that a horrible check in experience. We came down for a family trip and we drive almost 3 hours with a 3 year old and other family members.
