On the positive side the property is within walking distance of a beach, many good restaurants, shopping, and casinos. They are cat and do friendly and parking is plentiful. On the less positive side, the property is a bit run down. Rooms are clean but also dilapidated in some areas. For example my room had an updated bathroom but a very worn out carpet.

Good for price and location

If the casinos are too expensive this is Good hotel for the price and location. Walking distance to everything. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC was strong!

AVOID at all costs! This is, hands down, the worst ‘hotel’ we have ever stayed in. We booked the family room for a family of 5. Two of the beds weren’t made up and only 4 bath towels provided, no hand towels. The reception area is concrete, dark and depressing, the carpet was absolutely FILTHY - see photos of the carpet and window sills - and the breakfast was non-existent on our second day - no milk for the cereal, no coffee, no pastries , no yoghurts. My kids socks were black when they walked on the carpet or tiles without shoes. There were screws sticking up through the tiling strip on the floor, the shower head came off in my hand. To be fair - they fixed it within 15 minutes of being told of that - so that’s the only good point of this hotel. If I could have found another hotel with vacancy I would have left immediately. I can’t believe these other reviews saying it’s fine????

Better Options

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren’t great. The towels and sheets were clean, but there were splatters of something unsavory on the walls and base of the bed. The hotel smelled like an old smoking facility, stale and musty. We slept with the window open. It was doable for the night, but I would not have stayed longer than that.

The location and cleanliness and comfort of the room gets my highest rating.. The shower pressure was AMAZING. The parking for the hotel might be one of the worst of any hotel I've ever stayed at and they charge you 10 dollars a night for it which obviously doesn't go to any kind of up keep on it. The elevator is SMALL(only 2 people can fit on it and barely their luggage) and out dated.

When we got to the room there was dog hair on the carpet, the blinds were dusty, and the room smelled like dog. We didn't get to see all this till after swimming in the pool for about two hours...So I didn't request a room change but we did end up buying a glade plug in for smell..The only high light was that it was a short walk to the lake shore

No frills hotel within walking distance from beach

No frills clean room at a decent price. Included breakfast is grab and go continental. Walking distance to just about everything.

The room was terrible. Dangerous heavy bed braces sticking out on all sides of beds. Lights over the bed were missing - no ability to read in bed. The breakfast was included in the game room. This room was filthy and the breakfast included 3 BLACK bananas in the top rack. Didn't want to go in there the next morning. Other people came to check in after us and no one was at the desk. I would take this off your list of hotels to include. Really terrible
