Nestled in the heart of South Lake Tahoe in a quiet forested neighborhood, this inviting retreat serves as your ideal base for both adventure and relaxation. Just moments away from the shimmering waters of Lake Tahoe and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, this residence provides an unbeatable location for year-round adventures. El Dorado Beach, Shopping, and Heavenly Ski Resort are all just a few miles away! At the end of the day, grill up dinner for the family while enjoying forested views from the 2nd floor deck and take a relaxing dip in the large hot tub. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Super nice place to stay. When we arrived there was a power outage but it wasn't the homes fault and communication was quick and easy with the host. The kitchen was fully stocked will all kinds of utensils and each bed was provided with a towel which was super helpful to us since no one thought to bring one lol. There was soaps and cleaning supplies if needed and even makeup remover towelts which was a pleasant surprise. Only problem we ran into is that the neighbor across the street had his dogs loose pretty often and they would come up to the front door and hang close to the property. They were nice dogs and listened to their owner but it made it very hard to let our dog our to the bathroom since he isn't the best with other animals. But overall I would stay here again, there were instructions to everything and the place was very nice and cozy for our family vacation to the snow.

Everything was fine. House was great and communication with host property manager was great as well. We were only disappointed with the strict occupancy rules. My adult nephew was able to get off work in time for our thanksgiving trip and when I asked if he could stay (there were plenty of extra beds) we were told no and that the occupancy was strictly 8 adults. My daughter ended up having to stay elsewhere to accommodate their strict rules. We would have paid extra or whatever but it was a hard no. Also we had hoped to have family staying close by over for games during the day but were too afraid to based on the occupancy rules. It did sort of dampen our fun to be so concerned about it. It may just be Tahoe’s strict rules but we rented the house specifically to be near our family cabin and it was too bad we couldn’t host after they hosted us for thanksgiving dinner

Best Equipped Kitchen

We had a great stay with our family of 7 adults. This property has the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental. Was great for the few meals we cooked together. The grill on the deck was great too. Location is convenient to all activities. If you are considering this rental because it is pet friendly, please know that pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture
 so don’t plan on cuddling with your pup. Properties that advertise as pet friendly but really aren’t is a pet peeve of mine.

Our favorite cabin in Tahoe

We loved our stay. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot.The check in process was great and we loved that there were two covered garage spots.Would higgly recommend this spot to friends.

Wonderful place for a large group

Our group stayed for a week and skied at Heavenly and Northstar. The kitchen was very well appointed as were the bathrooms. It was nice to have the music features and the hot tub downstairs but much of our time was spent at the large kitchen table or in the comfy living room around the fire.

Everything you need.

This property was in a great location minutes away from the crowd in Heavenly. The house is spacious as the 8 of us could easily fit well. The furniture throughout the house is pretty dated but practical. There is no A/C so if you stay in the summer months be prepared as it gets very hot (even with windows open at night we could barely get below 80 degrees the entire week). Overall we had a great time making memories with our family.

Beautiful well equipped home

Wow this house was amazing ! Great area , we didn’t have to leave the yard for the kids to enjoy sledding , many sleds and fun games were provided for our enjoyment. The hot tub was nice and the home was equipped with everything you would need . Coffee, face wipes you name it they had it ! Home was so cozy and comfortable. Great time !
