Beautifully remodeled mountain cabin with all the amenities you need to enjoy the mountain life.

Nearby: 10 minutes by car to Heavenly. Less than 5 minutes to several forest hiking and mountain biking trails.

You'll love the home because of the outdoor space, location and ambiance.

* 2 bathrooms
* Well designed, and fully stocked kitchen and dining areas able to accommodate your group with everything you can possibly need to enjoy great cooking. Regular coffee maker available.
* Sleeps Maximum 6 People
* Parking for 3 cars

* Smart TV (no cable TV, some basic channels available)
* 5-6 person jacuzzi
* BBQ Grill (Propane)

* Central heat and wood burning fireplace (we do not provide wood, please make sure flu is open before operating)

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. Wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe.

This place was great for two families and a couple of dogs. Surprisingly well insulated house, as the heat didn't kick on as much as I thought it would. The only thing I (my wife) would nitpick about is that the house could use some carpet or area rugs. It is currently all wood floors making the floors pretty cold. Super comfortable beds and couch! A bit limited on supplies in the kitchen. Enough to get the job done though. Could not find scissors or a screwdriver when needed. The entire backyard was fenced in, so our pups could go romp around in the snow without supervision needed. The property management also has dog poop pickup tools just outside of the sliding door, making it easy to keep the yard clean. Not a problem for us, but note that the driveway is a little bit steep. We needed to be in four-wheel drive low to pull up to the garage. This is just due to the snow and ice. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Tahoe weekend getaway

Great sized house, very comfortable for the weekend. House was overall fairly clean, couch in the living room was slightly dirty but other than that the place was wonderful. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and we enjoyed lounging in the hot tub. Host even has a spare dog bed and toys for guests. Highly recommend this place, we plan to come back and stay here again!

Overall decent place bathrooms leave a little to be desired beds are old sliding glass door really hard to open and close lock on sliding door needs to be checked location is really good close to everything easy to get too neighborhood is decent seemed nice but very old and run down. Backyard was decent for dog never even looked at the jacuzzi so don't know about that. Probably wouldn't rent it again but it was decent

Family reunion fun

Great location close to restaurants, shopping & all Lake activities. We’re local, from Carson City, & really enjoyed staying at a different part of the lake & seeing how much the SLT area has to offer. Great hiking & views everywhere, plus that clean Mountain air. The house was very clean, smelled nice & stocked with everything you’d need. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing hammock & hot tub! The views in the trees awesome day & night!

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely comfortable home. We really like everything about the house and the convenient location. The dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. We are familiar with Tahoe so we knew the neighborhood well. Our only problem was with the primary bath. It was very small and felt pretty dated. The shower in there also did not have hot water so we used the larger hallway bathroom to shower and it was quite nice and much larger.

Cozy cabin / house

This property is in a great location in South Lake Tahoe. Out in the woods but super close to downtown and heavenly village is just a short drive. You get the entire house and it's perfect, kitchen is well stocked. Pet friendly also, the backyard is fully enclosed where our doggie could run around. Best part is the hot tub! Works great and gets nice and hot, super relaxing. We came here in May and got lucky with the weather it was amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you have a group of 6 or 7. One last thing : the TV is huge and so is the couch, comfortable to sleep on also

Perfect little house for a short getaway

Took 4 days away with our son and his family, 3 yr old grandson and Gpa and I, and it was just great. Big back yard, great location, comfortable house, comfy beds and open kitchen... would stay there again.

Review of Tahoe House

House was perfect size for my family. Location was perfect. Do think they need a better outdoor sitting area to enjoy breakfast or dinner. Yard was big hot tub was great. For sure would stay here again.
