Nestled in a beautifully landscaped gated community, this upscale 3-bedroom, 3-bath Tahoe Woods townhome features central air conditioning, modern comforts, and an unbeatable location in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. This home puts world-class skiing, outdoor adventures, and vibrant entertainment at your doorstep year-round.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 13. This applies 24/7.

Set within a quiet, tree-lined gated community just off the main road, this upscale townhome offers an unbeatable South Lake Tahoe location. Enjoy privacy while being steps from Heavenly Village’s shops, dining, live music, and seasonal events. Walk to the Heavenly Gondola for skiing in winter, or take a scenic ride during the off-peak seasons. Feeling lucky- head to the Casinos for some fun! In warmer months, head to Lakeside Marina for rentals, enjoy a waterfront meal at Lakeside Beach Grill (summer only), or relax at Lakeside Beach (public access fee applies during peak season hours). Edgewood Golf Course is under a mile away, and on-demand Lake Link rides make getting around a breeze.

Inside, a spacious open-concept layout invites relaxation and connection. Gather around the stone gas fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the 64" HDTV. Excellent space, clean, spacious and walking distance to prime area. The drawback is the small rental on the top floor is extremely loud and has very little sound barrier. Close to a Target, liquor store and restaurants. Gated neighborhood felt safe.

1st off the dates of stay are wrong. I stayed Friday August 1 checkout Wednesday August 6, 2025. Everything was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, it was so quiet we slept in til 10am. When we arrived, while making dinner we didnt have hot water for like and 1 1/2 hours. After running it for awhile it worked fine. I wish the showers had better pressure or different showerheads long hair took awhile for shampoo and conditioner to come out . The alarms are a little sensitive, which is good. Making breakfast 2 days in a row made the smoke alarms go off( and the fan was on too). In the master, which is on the bottom floor I did have 3 spiders in my room, 4 black flying idk what they were, they kind of looked like termites and 2 mosquitoes i had to kill. Nothing can be helped with that because I was on the ground floor with beautiful tall trees all around. Other then that my family and i had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back for another stay in South Lake Tahoe

Hard beds and unresponsive thermostat

Everything about this rental was amazing, the location, cleanliness, space, except every bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, no cushion felt like sleeping on a box.Also the zoned thermostat was unresponsive and would run at a higher temperature then set, making it difficult to fall and stay asleep without breaking into a sweat. There was a notice not to reset the thermostat which we DID NOT but it didn’t matter what temperature we set it to, it did its own thing. Even in the dead of winter 74-76 degrees seems a little too warm, which is often what it would run at.

Upscale condo in South Lake Tahoe - great for families!

This is a very nice modern condo unit in a private gated community in South Lake Tahoe! It's a very quiet condo complex located in a busy area of SLT. The unit has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, tons of square footage, storage and lots of space! Nice modern kitchen with lots of pots & pans and cooking utensils - but be sure to bring your own spices and condiments etc. The beds and linens were luxurious and high end. Small outdoor balcony with a nice BBQ and table and chairs. Quick walk 10 minutes to the lake with the private beach. 2 blocks from Heavenly downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Gated community felt very safe and unit has a high tech keypad entry. I stayed here with my 3 teens, but it would also be good for several friends on vacation. A little noise can be heard from the people above in the upstairs unit, but there are posted quiet times and quiet hours, so that is nice. I would stay here again!

What a wonderful place this is to stay in. We have 3 generations staying here and it was perfect for all of us. I will be looking for some other reason to rent here again. A really nice, comfortable place enjoyed by all ages.

The property was very clean and larger than the pictures show. Check in/check out was very easy. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed immediately. Easy drive to either California base or Stagecoach base. We would stay in this property again.

Beautiful home, well stocked

My family of 8 stayed stayed over the Christmas Holiday. It was better than described. The kitchen, baths and bedrooms were stocked beyond expectations. We cooked two meals a day for several days without lacking any tools. Location could not be better. Walking distance to Heavenly, Starbucks and Nevada Casinos. Complex was quiet and the private garage was a huge plus. RNR Vacation Management was exptrememly helpful our entire stay. Would def recommend!!!

This is a beautiful condo and the location is great. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The host was quick to get back to us with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
