The view of Stratton is spectacular and in winter allows you to see the snow-cats working at night. Londonderry is six and a half miles north and is the perfect place to stock up on groceries or enjoy a nice meal out at one of the many restaurants you can find there such as Jake's Restaurant and Tavern, The New American Grill, Maple Leaf Diner, and more. Bromley Mountain is eight and a half miles away where you can enjoy endless fun at the Mountain Adventure Park (which includes an alpine slide), skiing, and snowboarding. Stratton Mountain is six miles away offering hiking, mountain bike riding, skiing, snowboarding, tube sledding, dining, shopping, and much more. The town of Manchester is a quick 17-mile drive and offers more dining options and numerous outlets and other shopping.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
