South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza.
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. Youâll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- For upper floors, just note, the complex does not have elevators.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated âPalenqueâ area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. Youâll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

This apartment is a short 1-minute walk from South Padre Island Beach and 1 mi (3-min drive) from South Padre Bayside Beach. Don't forget your sunscreen!
The condo was decorated nicely but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and cheap and made a lot of noise for every move. There is construction going on right behind the unit so the hammering at 7am was annoying. The unit does not come with a grill as depicted and is 50 per usage! The unit does not come equipped with anything, even the salt and pepper or laundry soap, and had a very old coffee maker which I ended up buying instant coffee instead of filters and coffee, etc. Most places come with some basics, but not this place, not even a broom to sweep up sand. Bring "goo-gone" for the tar at the beach. The outlets in the kitchen don't work and neither does the wifi. The pool closes at 10 not 11 like the gate states and we were kicked out after having just got there and wanting to sit in the hot tub for a little. Overall, we were disappointed in the quality of the place especially for the money, but the location was great and nice to be able to walk to the beach. Would not stay here again though. We had a family of 6 with ages 5 years to 17 and 2 adults.
The playground has been transformed into an incredible splash pad, and itâs absolutely fantastic! Conveniently located right next to the building, youâll enjoy easy access on the first floor, no stairs to navigate. Youâll find the splash pad on one side and the front pool on the other, with just a short stroll to the second pool and beach. My little ones, aged 10 months and 3 years, had an amazing time! The condo is spotless and equipped with pots and pans, providing everything you need for a delightful stay. It also has a washer dryer, if you need to wash, bring a few laundry pods. The resort is very strict and clean. No random strangers allowed, very tight security which we loved! You need a bracelet and you get 2 car parking passes. The third pass is 85. (We could have planned better) . The host is absolutely amazing! Totally recommend! No bbq put on property, you have to bbq in designated area right next to this condo which is perfect!
Pros:
The check-in process was clear, simple, and easy.
The gate guard is available 24/7, providing a sense of safety, especially when staying with children.
The local customer team was friendly and helpful.
Cons:
There was ongoing construction in front of the patio, visible from the living room and kitchen, which was disruptiveâespecially since the work continued even on Thanksgiving day.
One of the hot tubs near our room was out of order.
There were issues with the Wi-Fi connection and the outdoor grill.
Overall, it was an okay property. Despite the inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay, but some areas could be improved.
