The staff was great. they went out of their way to make our drinks that were not on the menu. We did not do the breakfast, but we did dinner and it was good. The rooms were clean. The only thing on it was safety. They did not have an extra lock on the door. They did not or we did not see any fires water sprinklers in the room? And we could hear the people in the other room talking all night.

The staff was courteous. I was not expecting the restroom to be so tiny. The door was too close to the actual toilet that closing the door was a challenge. The heated pool was very nice and very much appreciated! We had breakfast for one of the days and it was delicious! Overall stay was a good experience!

New Year Party above us with stomping, tapping, and music and rude A.M. J.L refused to move us to a similar room when we complained. She refused to call the manager but said he would call us next day at 10 am . Next day no call. No care. Flooring has a one inch open gap between bathroom hall and main. Ceiling has 2 major gaps. Never got our food in the dining room because main waiter said rooms are priorty. No heat

The room was fine. We were on the ground floor. The carpet felt damp and in the 3 days we stayed there, i kilked half a dozen flies in our room and i caught one little lizard and took it outside. I assume they came in around the window.
