You must check in with the front desk upon arrival and get a key FOB and parking pass.
Parking for 1 vehicle is First-come; first served and not guaranteed. Spots are a bit tight. It`s a covered garage and a few spots out front. PARKING PASS required.
Street parking may be available, follow city/local regulations.
Pets allowed with a per pet fee, billed after booking if more than 1.

âą No smoking anywhere on the property (including the balcony) â $250 cleaning fee for violations.
âą No parties or large gatherings. Max overnight guests = 8 (as listed).
âą Quiet hours: 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
âą Pet-friendly (dogs only). $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Maximum 2 dogs, well-behaved, never left unattended. Owners responsible for cleanup, indoors and outdoors.
âą Parking pass is required and will be provided at check-in â display on the dashboard at all times. One pass per unit; additional parking on a first-come basis.
âą Children welcome â please supervise on balcony and around pool/hot tubs at all times.
âą No glass at the pool/hot tub areas. Use plastic only.
âą Please conserve water and AC â set thermostat no lower than 70°F.
âą Trash to dumpster on departure. Dishes in dishwasher, towels in tub.
âą Damage or missing items will be charged to the booking card.
âą Beach access is direct â please rinse sand off at outdoor showers before re-entering the unit.
