Beachfront with fantastic balcony! Amazing 3rd floor views!

Comfortably furnished 2BR/2BA condo in Sea Vista. This lovely vacation resort has private beach access, two tennis courts, and two private swimming pools with hot tubs. The complex is gated with security on the premises. Elevator and transport carts provided for convenience when checking in and out.

The master bedroom has full beachfront views with King size bed. The master bath has a tub shower combination with private access. Towels are provided.

The guest bedroom has two comfortable full size beds with separate bath that can be closed off to make a private guest suite. Towels are provided.

This smoke free and pet free condo has tile floors throughout.

The unit is fully equipped and has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. A private balcony is all yours to enjoy each sunrise during your stay! Plenty of beach towels are provided as well as a full complement of chairs, boogie boards umbrellas and lots of sand toys!

The kitchen and living area complete the open concept living space with full beachfront views from every angle! The kitchen has almost everything you might need to cook the days catch! A Keurig coffee maker is provided. Mr. Coffee as well.

World class seafood restaurants, shopping, and a friendly, courteous Sea Vista staff is what makes our condo home away from home. Our family loves it here and we hope you will find that you love it here too!

Free, private beach access is just outside the building. All doors are coded for secure entry into the building. You will find we are situated on the perfect stretch of beach to enjoy your vacation. Sea Vista is nestled between the Holiday Inn and Beach Park.

Sea Vista requires all guests to register in the office upon arrival. Parking for two vehicles is allowed with this rental and you will receive a parking permit after checking in at the office. Towing is enforced.
We have free wireless internet access.

Our unit is our home. We manage things and we will do our best to help make your stay memorable. If you choose to stay with us, we hope you find it clean and comfortable. The space has a quaint, beachy feel with light bright colors and a view to remember!

Summer Family Vacation

Wow, one word explains it all! We had a wonderful stay at SeaVista! Our room had the best view to watch the sunrise every morning! We enjoyed the pool, steps to the beach for a stroll and morning jogs to the jetties! Our hosts were amazing and answered any questions we had promptly. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were amazing! Definitely will be back here again!

Summer Vacation

We met family at South Padre and had a wonderful time on the beach. Our condo was beach themed and had everything that we needed to make our vacation perfect including an ocean view balcony! We highly recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next year!

Fabulous condo!

We had such a great time staying here! The condo was clean and comfortable, the view was fabulous, and it had everything we needed for the beach too! Lisa was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit!

Had a girls trip to SPI and stayed at this condo for 4 days, it was perfect! Right on the beach, close to great restaurants, very comfortable, well stocked with everything you would expect and more! Beds were great and furnishings very beachy. Oh and the views were picture perfect. We will be coming back to this Jewel!

Beautiful view, right on the beach!! The boys went fishing in the bay on one day and we spend every day at the beach and every evening at the pool. Great location!! A huge thanks to Lisa for all her help.
