Looking for a nice bayfront condo on South Padre Island! Marlin Arms #8 is ready and waiting to accommodate you!

This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is located directly on the Bayfront. Amazing Bayfront views! Marlin Arms Condominiums is a bayfront condominium complex situated in the entertainment district. This condo is steps away from South Padre Island's restaurants, bars, and retail shopping. Guests will love the amenities this condo has to offer. The fishing pier is a fantastic place to spend quality time while fishing for trout, redfish, flounder, and snook. Rental guests will love cooling off in the tropical pool area facing the Laguna Madre Bay!

The interior of Marlin Arms #8 is nicely decorated with coastal decor. The living area is large and offers two separate seating areas for guests to relax and wind down.
The wall mounted flat screen tv is perfect for watching tv shows and other entertainment. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping accommodations for guests. The dining area is located off the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 5 plus there is additional bar seating for 3 more people by the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and backsplash. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils so guests can easily prepare a nice meal!
The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated.

Family beach trip

The location was amazing. The condo was not! There was multiple issues: dirty with stuff on walls of bathroom and dead coackroaches, power outlets in all bathrooms didn’t work, the bathroom doors were barn doors that did not fit and were dragging the floor and didn’t shut fully meaning no privacy to go to bathroom. The showers were so small and the doors didn’t stay shut. They also smelled bad. There was black mold around a fan located on master bedroom balcony. The pool was extremely dirty with black mold in it. And to top it off the condo locals towed our car cause it was in their spot to park. No one told us you had to park in your condo number parking spot. We were told you could park anywhere as long as you had your permit in window.

Great location, decent place

The location of the property is great. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Its probably more of a party location than in busy times but was quiet during our stay. The unit itself is somewhat old and outdated. The kitchen is probably the worst feature. It was cramped (basically one person at a time), poorly provisioned, and the refrigerator door was a pain because it swings the wrong way. There was only one coffee mug when we got there but management quickly brought over more. The knives were terribly dull with broken tips and one of the skillets was not usable. The listing said that one room had two queen beds which turned out to be double beds. It was great to have a pool but it seemed to be lacking a little maintenance. We loved the docks behind, especially with the fireworks in the bay. One of the shows was pretty amazing. In all, we were fine with the place because of the location. If you will be out and about, like we were, its a decent place to sleep. Its just barely average but a great location.

It was a 3day fishing trip. Great location.

Great location with a boat dock where we were able to dock our boat overnight to have it ready for the next morning of fun fishing. Very near to the entertainment district to enjoy a quick walk to bars or just hang out on the balcony and watch the people walk by and listen to live music from nearby bars. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment

If you are planning to come to see the island of South Padre, this is a good choice. The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage. The living room was also spacious. The only complaint is that the kitchen was minimally prepared for anyone who wanted to cook. The pans were is fair condition, and very limited dishes available. Pay attention to the email about suggestions of items to bring. Overall we were very happy with our stay,and would recommend this location.
