A treasure located right on the beach, this beautiful 5th floor condo will be your favorite vacation place. Relax in the the chairs on the ocean front balcony. It feels like you're on the beach without getting your feet sandy. The living area features a bistro dining set, comfy sofa and recliner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, Spectrum cable with Showtime and DVD. High speed WIFI.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you the convenience of dining in when you choose. Just bring your own food and beverages. Or use curbside from one of the many restaurants. We have a blender, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and pretty much everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You will sleep like a baby on the king bed with comfy cotton sheets. The bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and a ceiling fan. Kids will enjoy the bunk bed alcove. There is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper so it's comfortable. Spacious bathroom has plenty of nice towels, beach towels and a hair dryer.
Easy self-check in using your own personal entry code starts your beach vacay at the instant you arrive. This condo is right on the beach just a few steps to the water.
Beach supplies, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards & cooler for guests to use are in the closet. If you like to hang out by the pool there are loungers for you to enjoy before or after you take a dip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.
