The Space:
Surfside II #109 is a nicely updated condo on the ground floor facing Gulf Blvd - approximately 50 yards to âtoes in sand.â No stairs are needed with 2 off street parking spaces.
Your cozy accommodation beckons relaxation with a soothing pastel pallet, comfortable beds with sleeping for up to 6 guests and a kitchen with modern appliances that is fully stocked with the essentials you'll need to prepare your favorite meals.
We do provide towels & linens.
Their is a king in the master bedroom, a double in the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a pull out couch in the living room as a double. We provide an airbed as well but please bring bedding if you plan on using. There are 2 full bathrooms here.
Your walk to the beach is convenient since Surfside II is located directly across from the beach access and an outside rinsing station makes it easy to wash away sandy feet upon your return.
While we have the best available Internet/WIFI from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
A lovely tropical courtyard with a sparkling pool, picnic areas and BBQ pits invites you to enjoy the warm outdoors. Grassy areas are perfect for your outdoor games and the spacious pool deck provides plenty of room for lounging by the pool
Message me for pool & hot tub hours - pool is not heated year round, inquire for exact dates - though hot tub is always heated

Explore the island at your leisure, knowing you have easy access to both your accommodation and local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Please take note of the following: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You'll receive an electronic key code the day of check-in, typically by 3 PM, sent to the phone number on file. A mandatory e-sign rental agreement, along with a photo ID, is required before arrival to comply with city regulations. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. The maximum occupancy, including infants, is strictly enforced. One of the beds is an airbed, so bring your own bedding. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, all dishes are in the dishwasher and turned on, and all trash is taken out to the dumpster before checking out. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. For stays in March, guests aged 10-35 must purchase a condo security wristband for $25 per person plus tax.
