Located in the fourth tower of the Saida Resort, you'll be just steps from the seaside action and a short drive to local attractions.And just one block north of the bridge, you'll have easy access to the mainland and dining options.

Hang out by one of the three onsite pools to work on your tan and then hit one of the four hot tubs to enjoy a bubbling soaking session. Challenge a friend to a game of tennis and then unwind on the balcony at your place with a well-deserved libation. Use the free WiFi to stream some music before you get to work on a dish in the fully equipped kitchen.

You'll also have access to a shared laundry facility to take care of the dirty clothes. With room for up to eight guests to enjoy the amenities of the resort, this is the ideal spot for a fun-filled group getaway.

This condo should have been a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was nice enough. And the complex is good, with 3 pools. But, the condo is in need of better cleaning, maintenance, and general updates. Both showers and the mini fridge had mold. The kitchen sink was filthy upon arrival. The "door" to one bedroom was a bifold with cracks in it. The master bedroom door needs to be replaced.Some of these issues have been written about in reviews for several years. Had we read them more carefully, we would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time! The condo was nice and located in a great location. The pools and tennis courts were maintained well. The balcony was wonderful for the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. And the beach was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Not clean but the property has nice amenities

When we arrived we couldn’t get in. Had to wait on the phone for 20mins trying to get ahold of someone. Once we got a person on the phone we kept telling them the batteries on the electronic lock were dead. They kept arguing that wasn’t the case because the cleaning crew had been there earlier that day. They finally gave us the code to the lock box for the keys and we got in. (Maintenance came the next day and replaced the batteries on the electronic lock and it was fixed) Upon entry the place was not clean. There was Hair in both showers, washing machine was DISGUSTING, dryer looked like lint trap had never been cleaned. There were Ice cream wrappers and popsicle sticks in the night stand drawers. Trash in the closets. The Ice in the ice maker of the freezer was gross and littered with debris. None of the bedroom doors closed. The master bathroom toilet was broken. The tub in the main bathroom had a huge crack in the bottom. Only one of 5 lights in the living room worked. The Balcony light was broken. The kitchen was lacking. No baking sheets, no pot holders, no salt & pepper, rusty silverware. No scissors. 10 digit code to get in was a little much, but that’s neither here nor there. The amenities of the property itself were very nice. We enjoyed the pools and the close proximity to the beach. It was close to restaurants and entertainment. The staff was very nice.

Nice view

Location and amenities were good. The unit had a few maintenance issues that really need to be addressed: closet doors, hanging and not closing properly, master toilet handle, sticking and running constantly unless you realize it and go back in manually push it up. The shower door handle basically falls apart. on the flipside, there was a great view and the beds were comfortable
got to see fireworks right outside on our patio Thursday night.

Would not stay here again

Very disappointed with the condo and the property managers. The condo was permeated with a smoke smell, and it had painted over mold in the master bedroom running the length of the room. The large picture overhead also had dried on mold streaks. Property manager did little to address our concern of mold and we were only offered $100 off our total bill for the smoke smell and a few air fresheners (which I have yet to see). I would not recommend this condo or this company.

Robert handled all well. Unit was very spacious Property one of the top on the strip

We had several miscommunications on our part. Robert took care of all with patience. We got out checkout date wrong and Robert worked with us on getting checked out. We later found that in the rush we left medications and a wallet behind. Robert sent the manager up to gather all and return them to us. This may sound like one of those paid reviews... but it is not. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect Family Weekend

This property was perfect for my family of 7 (me, husband, 2 teens, father, brother and his girlfriend). Great location to all our favorite restaurants (Yummies, Sea Ranch, etc) and the beach. The property management company was very proactive and responsive. Loved the big balcony for people watching at the pools. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property There was plenty room for the 6 people in our party. These days the cupboards are bare, so be sure to bring salt to sugar and everything in between. I'd like to see a mop or some way to pick up the loose sand that ends up everywhere, but I went to the dollar store and picked up a Swiffer knock off and kept the floors fairly clean. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but they were acceptable. The condo was a great value and we loved our week here - OK, .

Great view of the gulf.

Great visit. The listing and photos were exactly as the property is. The view of the gulf was spectacular. The couch, loveseat, and chair need to be replaced. But overall, our stay was great.

South Padre November 2019

Our group of five adults was very satisfied with the three bedroom accommodations at Saida Tower IV #4906. We especially enjoyed the large balconey. We had a little trouble with the key box upon arrival and needed assitance from the Security patrol who was very helpful along with Kim from Vacasa. I was also looking for a few more appliances in the kitchen, such as a colinder, vegetable peeler, and handmixer. A blow dryer in the bathroom was also not available. With that being said, we are going to try and get the unit again next year and we'll bring our own kitchen ware. The access to the beach was great and we caught a lot of whiteing, a few lady fish, and even a blue fish right there at the beach next to the property.
