Great unit with some minor issues. Super close to beach.

Pros: Just a very short walk to beach. Super clean. Cons: Pool had algae, main entrance light to go upstairs was off. Hard to see stairs at night. Blinds missing stick to open and close. Sofa was more than usual dirty, several visible stains, just gives you a bad feeling. Master bedroom mattress super bad, goes deep down in the middle. Back door to balcony hard to open.

Getaway

The curb appeal of the property was OK. The location was very good and we were able to walk easily to the beach and some of the shopping was close by. We loved the decorating of the unit, with the 10' ceilings, cove moldings, furnishings were all above average. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances including an air fryer! There were some items that were not up to expectations: 1) Flooring in unit needs repair. Large cracks from ill fitting planks. 2) Need higher quality bath towels. Every time you would take a shower and use a bath towel, there would be an extreme amount of lint left on the body. Quality towels don't do that. 3) Cabinet knobs have fallen off the vanities. 4) There needs to be a better stock of day to day items. A small salt and pepper shaker and more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom would have been nice. There were no Kleenex's anywhere in the unit 5) It would be nice if there was a cooler in the unit, so it could be used at the beach. We packed a collapsible one, but it took a great deal of carry-on space 6) Give the tenant an option to include a beach chair or two in their rent. That would be very handy. 7) The locking system for the unit is a joke. We received the "Access code", but it didn't state which of the 3 lock boxes it was for. There was a coded lock on the door that didn't work without a key, and we didn't get the code for that lockbox at checkin. Checkout was good. We would stay again, but hope these changes are made.
