This location is north of the Queen Isabella Causeway near most sought out locations such as Kelly's Iris Pub, Birding Center, Turtle Rescue, Claytons, Andy Bowie Park, and just 150 steps to beach access #14 Fantasy Circle just to name a few! You will feel at home in this little Casita with many amenities! Condo is ground floor, no need to climb steps!

Cozy

Overall it was good. I would suggest adding access to Netflix and other streaming services so we can log into our own accounts. It comes with basic cable access only.And UberEats could never find the place because it’s tricky to find based on just the address. You need instructions on how to find it.

Great place, clean, location & pet friendly

Our first trip to South Padre. We lived this place. It is a block from the ocean easy walk access and great spot on the island. It wa clean which is important to us and pet friendly. Our dog was happy! A pool and spa onsite which was important to us too. We will be back and stay here again

Cozy Condo Close to the Beach!

If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy place to get away, this is the place you’re looking for. It is not on the beach but it is a close walk! The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of, and she gave a helpful, detailed message about how to find the condo. This condo is not next to the pool, but we saw that as a benefit because the pool was very active and noisy. This condo is located on the quiet side of the complex conveniently in front of the hot tub. My friend and I stayed here and it was plenty of room for the two of us. It’s located within 10 min of restaurants and shops. Walmart is about 15 min away off the island.

Very clean

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and they had everything you needed on hand. Yvonne was very quick to respond and took care of all our needs. Will definitely stay here again

Great location

This place was really good. It was clean with lots of utensils to cook with. Location was right near the beach. We walked to the beach everyday with our son and a ton of beach supplies. The pool was great too. There wasn’t anyone in it which made us feel more comfortable going in. It was clean and it did not smell. Yvonne answered all of my questions timely. She was very respectful and considerate of our time. The only issue we had was that there were ants on the floor. My son is 10 months old and any time he crawled on the floor he would get bit by the ants. This was a property issue and not an issue of the condo itself. Exterminator came, however, while we were still in the apartment and we opted out. Also, there is no patio and nothing to dry your wet clothes on.

Perfect little condo for 2-4 people. The manager is pleasure to work with. Very responsive. The beach is 5 min walk. So overall pretty pleased.

Nice lil apt getaway

Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. Nice little place A/C works fabulous, nice recliner love seat my husband loved , plenty of space for 2 or 4. Short walk to beach. Nice little pool on site.

Memorial Day Getaway

My wife and I wanted to get out of Austin for the holiday weekend and found this cute little homeaway on South Padre Island. We were very happy with the location, how quiet it was and the proximity to the beach, maybe 100 steps and crossing over 2 streets. We walked to Cafe Karma every morning for coffee, before walking the beach. We also went to Laguna Bobs, Sea Ranch and El Chilango Taqueria (food truck) which were all just a short drive away (10 minutes tops). If you're looking to walk to most bars and restaurants then I would recommend looking at other listings but we preferred quiet and a bit more low key for this visit.

Excellent Location, Excellent Condo

Favorite Pros: * easy, quick walk to the beach * fully tiled * outdoor shower for rinsing sand * nearby hot tub * large bed and large sofa-bed * well-equipped kitchen * well-provided cleaning supplies * overall an excellent condo and location - we would absolutely stay here again The only notable struggles: * The address number on the building is different from what the owner/manger provided; at 10 pm at night I was trying to get into the incorrect building as a result. Fortunately, a friend who arrived earlier had already troubleshooted the discrepancy. * The listing states that 4 adults may stay in the condo, yet only 2 beach towels are provided. * The door locks are a bit fussy to operate All of my tips for the condo: * bring beach towels * bring a knife if you have opinions about knives and plan to cook * bring an action plan for drying an accumulation of towels and swim suits * children younger than 5 may not be tall enough or stable enough at the bar-counter for meals * The fold out bed is the best place for card games South Padre Island Tips: * don't forget aloe, and if you do, go to Dollar General. * Dollar General has milk for $3/gallon. Blue Marlin has milk for $3.60/gallon. Island Market has milk for $3.75 for a half gallon. * "Surf's Up" had the least kitchsy and garish collection of towels, swim suits, and souveniers of the 3 shops we visited. * Island Metro comes around every 30 minutes. The app shows the shuttles' real-time location with a few minute lag. If your party is really good at moving quickly and promptly, the shuttle can be a good way to avoid parking struggles on the weekend.

SPI Beach Vacation

My sister and I stayed at this condo during our visit to SPI. We were very happy with our experience! The condo itself is cute and comfortable. We were just a quick walk to the beach, which was easy to access. It is the perfect location for not only walking to the beach, but getting anywhere on the island is an easy drive from where we were! We would recommend this condo to anyone and would certainly stay if we are in SPI again!

It says the property is only 100 steps away from the beach but it is definitely more than that. We ended up driving and parking in the public parking right by the beach. Still close and a great place to stay!

Super clean and super convenient!

Stayed 4 nights with my 6 year old son. We had a blast going from the beach to the pool back to the beach and then to the hot tub. It was so easy to get everywhere we needed to go and I would totally stay here again!
