Whether you want to cool off and take a dip in the ocean, go for a walk on the white sandy beach, grab a bite to eat at a great local restaurant, head out for some shopping, or even see a movie, this home is close to it all!

The house offers a private pool with ample lounging area, pool bar, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, dining room and oversized walk around balconies! All bedrooms are equipped with soft beds, and luxurious bed linens and bath towels.

Every stay at 113 E. Mars Landing includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Security Cameras Disclosure: Please note that this property has an exterior security camera installed. There is a doorbell camera and a camera overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

Good house for family vacation

We had several problems during our stay: no internet, water leak on the first floor, kitchen light electrical short, and a leak in the outside pool pump. However, management was responsive and worked hard to try and fix these problems. The house was roomy and perfect for us in all other respects.

Got Flooded

Had to evacuate first floor in middle of night due to heavy rainfall. My daughter's laptop and books got wet. Still no contact from management. Terrible experience.

POOL ISSUES

The big reason we picked this place was because of a pool.There was very little water pressure from a very noisy pump.The water did not seem clear and actually safe.

Currently in the process of resolving issues with SPI rental’s regarding our stay. I will give them two more days to respond before I contact my credit card provider to begin a charge dispute.

Beautiful and relaxing

About a block from the beach. The pool was nice and warm for swimming in mid-May. The back yard is beautiful with palm trees, oleander and other tropical plants. There's seating for many on the upstairs wrap-around deck overlooking the pool & backyard - you walk out of the kitchen to this area of the deck - this is where we had our morning coffee. Three bathrooms were wonderful for this girls family vacation. We used the outdoor shower and the grill. The wet bar & fridge downstairs is nicely accessible from the pool too. It's about 4 blocks from Wanna Wanna where we played beach volleyball. The dryer wasn't working & SPI Rentals brought us a new one the same day. I highly recommend this property!

Great space with a few upgrades needed.

The house and property are great, bright space with lovely renovated bathrooms. Definitely needs some upgrades
 the living room couch (shabby and uncomfortable), new bed pillows needed (all are icky, worn out and uncomfortable), the master bedroom bed is worn out (sagging foam). Overall, we enjoyed the space very much, loved sitting on the veranda, just a short walk to the beach. It was chilly so couldn’t use the pool
wish it had been heated! Happened to be very quiet in the neighborhood when we were there, though can imagine it wouldn’t be the case if the house behind were hosting a large group. Would stay again with the needed improvements.

Nice size house

The house was comfortable for the nine people in our group. The pool was clean. Back lawn was mowed while we were there. All the beds were very comfy, and the bathroom linens were nice. when we arrived, there were a couple of small things we needed to ask them to bring (cleanser for sinks, mop, and something to use with the mop when the floors got dirty. I called SPI, and they got the mop and dust pan over very quickly. We were surprised to find out we needed to supply floor and sink cleaners. Also, the downstairs TVs didn't work when we arrived, but SPI took care of that within an hour of being called. The kitchen had a nice sponge still in the cellophane, but the only kitchen towels were bar towels. The kitchen had pots, pans and utensils.

Great Family Stay

Overall this is a great property! Liked the layout, as bedrooms are evenly split between each floor. We travelled with my family of three, parents, niece, & two dogs. There was enough room for us to gather together & still have our own space if needed. The backyard is a great size & pool was great as well. The morning we checked out, they turned off the Internet. I honestly don’t recall reading that Internet would be shutoff on the last day—but maybe it’s somewhere in fine print. Either way, when we called & texted to see if it could be put on.. no one responded to us. We only wanted to get onto the roku tv to log ourselves out of our streaming accounts. Other than that, communication with the management company was in a timely manner. But what a coincidence I didn’t get a reply from them once were scheduled to leave.

Mars Landing

House was nice and a great location. Communications before visit were difficult with SPI (most calls not answered live and had to call again or email). House was missing some expected items (specifically any kind of can opener (found an empty electric can opener box) not even a manual). AC temp kept resetting during the night on upstaiirs and would make it hot at night. Lights in living room went on and off (different bulbs) randomly causing concerns of a short. Otherwise house was great with a great location to beach.

Convenient To The Beach

This property was incredibly convenient to the beach which is incredible. The property was as described. It was very clean and well cared for. The pool was cleaned twice during our one week stay. We had a couple of criticisms: was there were no accommodations for small children like a pack n Play or high chair and there were no seasonings for cooking including salt and pepper. Most rentals will leave the items purchased by former renters in a “use some/leave some” approach. These cupboards were completely bare. However, we would definitely rent again.

Clean & Great location

Home was very clean and great location with short walk to beach, movies, food, or shopping. During our stay, the weather was cold so didn’t use swimming pool. Seen pictures of hot tub so assumed it worked, but didn’t. Only feedback would be to remove hot tub from pictures or note it doesn’t work. Other than that, everything as expected. We had a great visit on SPI!

We would not rent again or recommend renting.

I should have followed my instincts, when we could not find recent reviews and that this property was not fully booked during the busy season. We had to call the management company every day that we were there. Here's a list of items the property management team should have resolved before our visit: The internet was down, all the burners on the stove do not work, the tv in the living room upstairs screen is going out. Only 1 set of towels per guest; however the dyer is out, and according to matenance this was a known issue, the sheets and towels are very worn and stained; and could not be dried, furniture is very worn, and finally, there are roaches. The best part of the rental is its close proximity to the beach and the backyard and pool. We would not rent again or recommending it for renting, that's unfortunate because with spending a little money, and better property management, this could be a great rental!

Wonderful modern home close to the beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house, loved the private pool! It was also very nice that we had three bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It's very close to beach access, we were able to walk to the water with no issues. Didn't want to leave!!!
