Living Room
The living room is sure to be a favorite room in the South Padre Condo, with newly remodeled interior, overstuffed leather couches, decorative pillow, and an elegant decor. A full entertainment center â including DVD player and 42' flat screen TV â is there when you need it after an exciting day at the beach. At night, the couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed.
Kitchen
This bright and inviting fully equipped kitchen is a perfect place to prepare a meal. With a refrigerator, brand new oven and range, dishwasher, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, and microwave, youâll find everything you need to prepare your favorite comfort foods.
Dining Room
The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a great square table with chairs for six for an elegant dinner. Additionally, there are four bar stools by the kitchen for a casual meal.
Master Bedroom
The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. This bedroom features oceanview, king-size bed and private bath. Skylights bathe the bedroom in natural light by day and let you sleep under the stars at night. Beautiful comforter, elegant furniture, and an LCD TV complete this room.
Guest Room
This bedroom was created with second couple or children in mind. The comfortable queen-size bed and a full size bed featuring plush mattresses and the attached bathroom. With designer furniture, this room will be a favorite place for the family members. New picture will be uploaded showing two beds at the end of March.
Outdoor Areas
Beachview, South Padre Island condo features a private balcony off the living room and a great swimming pool, and hot tub is a perfect place to sip frozen margarita and enjoy the gorgeous weather.
This condo is rented to adults and families only. HOA rules do not allow us to rent to spring breakers.
