Welcome to 106 E. Oleander! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2019 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi-open kitchen, living and dining area. The front door opens to the ground level of the home. This floor features two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom and twin size beds on the top. The room has a flat-screen TV and can sleep 6 children or teenagers comfortably. The second guest room entails two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV.

The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area. The flat-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom. Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious master bathroom & a private balcony perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun, you'll indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for!

Accommodating up to 14 guests, 106 E. Oleander features a newly built private pool and hot tub! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool, soaking in the hot tub, or an afternoon of grilling and laying out poolside with family & friends! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is just a block from your door!

Every stay at 106 E. Oleander includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family walking distance to beach access, beautiful pool, and very clean house. We had 2 families stay here with 3 toddlers and 1 infant it was perfect for the family. If anybody plans to stay here with a 1-2 year old I recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs on kitchen level. Overall highly recommend for the family. We plan to stay again next year.

Location was great, set up of property was great, however hot tub did not get warm, ice maker was broken, and there were cockroaches. They did a treatment to kill them and we bought spray to kill them. Our biggest worry is taking them home and it made us very uncomfortable

Nice but needs updated living room furniture

The location and surrounding area is great. However, the furniture within the unit, specifically the living room area is horrendous and out of date! We felt we were sitting on springs and wood! It definitely needs to be updated. Other than that, 5 stars would've been my rating.

Great Rental Property

Family Beach Vacation

This property was more than sufficient for our group of 9 adults and one infant. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. The extra beach wagon in the garage was a life saver for our short walk to the beach. It was perfect for lugging all the chairs, boogie boards and our canopy. We also enjoyed the private pool. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfectly Plesant stay

This house is a good nice and a nice central location on the island. However after me asking specifically ahead of time, the heated pool DID NOT work. and there is no instruction manual add all at the property. Also, there is cups, plates, utensils, etc., but absolutely nothing else...not even salt and pepper. So if you are going to use the kitchen you will need to being everything. We did leave some coffee filter there tho. Otherwise it was a nice weekend

Overall everything was good but weather was horrible. It was not the property fault for the weather. The major downfall we had was that they stated the pool was a heated pool but once temps got below 60 degrees the system shuts off and the pool wasn’t heated. The other thing was the kitchen did not have everything and we had to go constantly to store to buy supplies and cook ware to enjoy our meals. Other than that everything was awesome. Thank you

Family Labor Day Trip

Location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The property manager was great and responded to questions quickly. Beautiful house!

The house is beautiful and roomy, pool was just the right size, and close enough to beach. Would absolutely recommend and consider coming back. Loved having two floors with children's room and other guests on first floor and master with one other room on 2nd floor which provided adults with some quiet space, lol. The kids had a blast in pool and adults enjoyed the 2 open patios off second floor to enjoy nice breeze and and relaxation. Loved everything about this place, was well stocked in kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Thank you so much to owners and property management!
