Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Perfect Condo on the beach!!

Saida 1 is our go-to place to stay at SPI. This unit was super clean, beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the balcony view can’t be beat!! Check in/out process is super smooth.

Wonderful winter getaway

The Saida complex is on the gulf and the views are spectacular. This unit has everything required to make the stay comfortable. Some areas of the unit show aging, but everything was exquisitely clean. The booking process, check-in, and check out were very easy. Would definitely come again.

Outstanding Experience

Loved the East check-in process, cleanliness and location. Everything in 1-303 was in working order. Plenty of room to move about for the four of us. The outside seating area outside was excellent.

Memorial Holiday Relaxation!

Beautiful Condo with an amazing view! We made a last minute decision to come to the beach and thank you for making it happen! We definitely will be back in a couple of months! Everything was perfect! Just like the description stated! Scott, the bartender, the Ocean Kissed chair rentals, the snack bar, and even the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful! This Condo/Property is well worth your time & visit!

The location was great! The layout of the condo was spacious and accommodating however the property itself needed paint, and definitely needed to be updated. The glass door to the balcony was shattered and needed to be replaced as well. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Beautiful view and location!

Property was clean, excellent location with beautiful ocean views and sounds from the large balcony. Beach was extremely easy to get to and there are several great dining options very close by. Some parts of the condo do need some updating to bring it to a really stellar level. This is not the fault of the owner in any way but something important to consider if you have young kids, older pups or family members: the elevator was broken during the duration of our 4 night stay. It forced my butt to climb two flights of stairs which, let’s be honest, I need to do anyway lol but we considered taking our senior dog with us before booking and this would have been an epic disaster. Saida should prob just replace the entire elevator and call it a day as I’ve seen this complaint mentioned in other reviews during my property search. It’s not fair to condo owners and could really cause some accessibility issues to guests.

OK stay

Our time in Padre Island was great. The Condo could use a lot of updating. We had to put something if front of the refrigerator door to keep it closed. The fridge, stove and dishwasher all need replaced, they are all rusted. The ceiling had some mold on it in the living room and kitchen. The furniture was dirty. The toilet in master bathroom, the back part is very loose. We were almost to afraid to use it. bedroom #2 had red stains all over the carpet and the paint was peeling off the ceiling. If you plan on staying in this unit, you will need to have a hulu, netflix, disney + or some sort of account for movies. There isn't any cablevision in this unit. The unit itself was pretty clean. We did have to wipe food crumbs off the counter tops and sweep the floors when we got there, but bedding, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable to go ahead and use.

When we arrived at the condo, we discovered paint chips scattered on the balcony. The outdoor furniture was covered in debris and dirt. Inside the condo looked nice in the photos online, but the reality of the situation proved to be the opposite. The ceiling was peeling/ falling down in the master bedroom. The carpet was heavily stained, and ratted in both bedrooms. Patches of paint that did not match the ceiling or walls were throughout the condo. Checking in to the condo is a hard 4 pm. No sooner. Around 530 pm a lady came to our front door claiming she was the inspector and apologized for being late. She handed us a bottle of febreeze and then was on her way. I am a frequent user of VRBO and this leasing company. This is by far the worst property I have ever rented. We will be reconsidering future rentals through this property manager.

Great location

Great view and easy access to the beach and pool. Spacious so it was very comfortable. Dishwasher was a bit smelly, but we ran an empty wash and it was fine. 100%Would stay again.

Property needs a serious upgrade!

The kitchen appliances are in grave need of replacement. It takes work to get the freezer and refrigerator doors to stay closed at the same time……it became a game. The freezer was rusted and smelled but seemed clean. The dishwasher was dilapidated. There was a feeble attempt to distress the kitchen cabinets to give them a modern farmhouse look, I think. The space needs a paint job desperately. The furnishings are ok, the bed being very comfy. We would pay considerably more for this unit if the owner would invest in some TLC. The location is top notch but won’t consider this particular unit on our next stay.

We had a wonderful trip to S. Padre. The condo was perfect for our needs, the view is amazing and the beach is super close. I would highly recommend this condo and S. Padre!

Renovations needed

The view is amazing. However, the 2nd room needs new mattresses or less flimsy ones. Maybe it was the bed frames. The shower leaks so much the towel got soaked after each use. Kitchen is fully stocked but could knives could use sharpening. Some outlets are hit or miss and all throw pullies need to be steam cleaned. Master room had an amazingly comfortable bed and upgraded shower stall. Everything was really clean.
