Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. - We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

We had a great time at this property. We didn't use the oven until the 2nd night, and that stirred-up a handful of bugs but we reported it to the rental company and they had someone at our door first-thing the next morning to take care of it - no more bugs for the remainder of our stay. It was a nice bonus that all 3 pools on the property were still open (despite the time of year) and the poolside bar was even open every day.

Convenient location, good value for family stay

The property is well furnished with kitchen supplies (except for aluminum foils if you want to use the oven and plastic films for food storage). It has a relatively good view of the ocean and swimming pool, and its location is better protected from thunderstorms and strong winds. Easy access to all amenities.

Overall good stay. Listing pictures matched condo. Smooth and easy check in process. Only complaint would be that the condo did seem to have a cockroach issue. Aside from that it was a nice family friendly stay.

Great property except for the cockroaches

We truly loved the location, the property, the view, the pools, the pool bar, and the proximity to the beach. Unfornutely for a condo that cost's close to 2000 for three nights, having an infestiation of cockroaches was not cool. Every morning we had to kill the little buggers in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. It was awful. For that reason alone we will never stay there again.

Lovely visit

The condo was as described. It was comfortable and relatively clean. One improvement could be communication about the resort. There are beautiful tennis courts, lovely pools, and private beach access. It was difficult to figure out how to rent equipment for the courts and beach chairs, etc.

We noticed while cooking dinner on our first night that the condo we were in was infested with roaches. I called the “check-in center” or whatever it’s called and the man acted like he was irritated that I didn’t want to take roaches home with me. 0 of 10. Do not recommend.

Wonderful Stay

This was a trip planned spur of the moment. The photos and details were as specified. Our view from the 6th floor was amazing. We were able to take our miniature shnauzer along which was very nice. I would definitely book this condo again.

We really enjoyed the condo and the property! The condo was exactly like the pictures. It felt clean and comfortable during our stay. The walk to the beach wasn’t far and was very convenient. The shower heads seemed to be pretty low. I would say if you’re taller than 5ft you’ll need to bend down to wash your hair. Feedback for the owners/property manager: -upon arrival we noticed ants in the kitchen. We adjusted by putting all the food in the fridge. -the blinds in the primary bedroom don’t close all the way so people can see into your room at night if the lights are on -the dining room light had two lightbulbs out and didn’t look like it had been dusted in some time

Clean, nicely decorated, and management was responsive and quick with the one issue we had. Only downside was noise from the pool area late, and that wasn't a constant issue. With a larger community like Saida I think it's just going to happen.

The property had a beach view. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. To go to the beach we still had like a five minute walk, because we were towards the end of the building and you have to go around through the parking lot. Note: this is NOT a hotel with your typical hotel amenities or even lobby, but it’s ok. Only downfall is that the bath tubs had some mold on the sliding door. The shower head was super low. I’m 5.5 and had to bend to shower my head. The bathroom and living room furniture will benefit from an upgrade. We were only able to use the living room TV, the others were hard to use and we found sand by the bedroom TV stand.

Excellent stay at SaidaIV . The only thing was Mother Nature knock our power out for about 3 hours , and the fire alarm went off for a hour at 3 in the morning. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.
