Step out to the balcony and be greeted by breathtaking ocean views or fireworks during the summer. This open concept living area features an over size couch, flat-screen smart TV, and wet bar with a 2 zone wine cooler Enjoy family dinner at the large dining table.

Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and kitchen island.

Fall in love with the panoramic views of the Island, or relax to the calming sound of waves.

When the kids get tired, take them into the bedroom and tuck them into one of the queen beds or the twin-over-twin bunk bed. Parents can retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV.

During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the deluxe amenities, including hot tub, large charcoal grill, game room, shuffleboard table and darts. The house will also include beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon, cooler, and a pack 'n play for the kids.

This property is situated in the heart of South Padre Island close to shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach. There is no limit to the fun you can have here!

For souvenirs of your trip, all you have to do is cross the street to peruse the beach shops! Blue Marlin Grocery store is just a quick 2 minute drive.

You can rest assured that no matter what you have planned for your family, your South Padre Island house is perfectly located for anything!

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's, dart board game, game room, shuffleboard table, heated pool, hot tub, charcoal grill; beach chairs, wagon, pack ‘n play, and much more. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. *We strongly encourage you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Our stay at Salty Times was awesome! My two sons and their wives and our granddaughters joined us and everyone agreed that this was a great vacation home! The location is exceptional and the heated pool was definitely a hit with the whole family.We so hope to return in the future.

Excellent home! The spaciousness of the house made it easy for all of my family to spread out and not feel crowded. The views from the balconies are 10/10! Walking distance to Gravity Park area was a bonus. The pool and hot tub were a highlight with my grandkids. And a banana tree in the yard?! How cool is that?! Highly recommend this house for a great family vacation!

The house was amazing. It was in a perfect location with stores and restaurants in walking distance . The house when we arrived was very clean and was very big to fit a big family. I would definitely recommend and rent again.
This was the entrance that had a game room feel with a table 2 refrigerators and ice machine with tv and half bath with a tv and couch great place for chill .

10 out of 10!! The best VRBO we have ever rented. It seriously has everything you could ask for - you name it and it is likely here. There are way too many excellent things to mention here but it literally had everything we needed for a beautiful stay - down to a speaker to bring to the beach for music. I cannot think of one thing that was not included. The communication with the host was excellent. The house was amazing. The amenities were beyond expectations. We are staying here ANY and EVERY time we come back. You will not be disappointed if you book.

We came to the Island for the first time in April of 2026 for my twin and my 40th bday. We had 24 total people in our group, kids and adults. This area was absolutely amazing. The house accommodated our guests (not all 24 stayed here), whom we would host at times. The house was spacious and perfect for adults and kids. We would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time the house was spacious for a family of 16 included teenagers and toddlers. The game room was a plus everyone had something or space to relax. We loved the location close to the beach. Will definitely book again.

Owners have a well run, up to date vacation home. The beach accessories were very helpful so we did not have to fly everything there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of. We would love to come back and stay there again.

We had a lovely stay this summer. This is our second time visiting Salty Times with our family. The home has every convenience you could desire, is close to the beach, and has an amazing game room. We spent almost every night playing shuffle board, pool, and darts. We can’t wait to return!

The house was amazing for our group of 13! The kids (teens and 20s) loved the game room. The stairs were a lot for the 2 70 year olds in our group, but well worth it for the views, the game room and pool space!
