Our beach home is ideally suited for larger families, with 4 refined bedrooms and 4.5 classic bathrooms across two thoughtfully designed floors. The main floor has a spacious, furnished primary bedroom with a king-size bed. Two cozy reading chairs are thoughtfully positioned on either side of the room so you and your partner can spend leisurely time together in quiet seclusion. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall for entertainment, and seaside art adorns the walls, adding a touch of tranquility to your evenings. The convenient ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combo with a handheld shower head.

Upstairs, you'll find the first guest bedroom. It offers a plush king-size bed, elegantly complemented by warm wood furniture adorned with silhouetted palm trees. Large windows fill the room with natural light, showcasing stunning beach photos that enhance the South Padre Island vibes. For entertainment, a mounted flat-screen TV adds modern convenience. Good property, bad management

The property matched its description perfectly. The rooms were clean, and each bathroom was well-stocked with towels. However, the check-in process was frustratingly outdated. Despite completing the online check-in, we were required to visit the rental office to obtain the door code. The internet did not work, and when we called for assistance, no one came to help. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Family Vacation

Great property management team - they addressed our inquiries quickly and allowed us to stay a bit later on the property due to a late flight out of TX. The home is centrally located to everything - a few minutes walk to the beach and cafe, and a few blocks within walking distance to shops and ice cream/candy stores. We also enjoyed Gravity Park, which was about a 5-minute drive down the main street one evening to go play mini golf and see sandcastles. On our last day, we went dolphin watching and got to see space-x and their jetties. One thing to note is you need to bring your own beach towels, chairs, toys, etc - they are not provided. This wasn't a big issue as we read this in the documents shared ahead of time by management, so we were prepared to bring them. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allowed for a nice time outside in their backyard pool. Overall, a enjouable experience.

Summer fun

Great size, no problems at all with neighbors and location was VERY convenient. We did have a few hiccups but we were so thankful management took care of things promptly and made our stay very comfortable and sweet.
