The space
This home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining & sleeps 16 comfortably. Its open concept living/dining/kitchen allows you to interact with friends & families at all times. The front porch from the 2nd floor gives you a VIEW OF THE BAY! The huge back porch looking down to the pool is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the cool breeze.

1ST FLOOR:
Spacious, open concept, livingroom with a 72" flat screen TV. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. A modern waterfall center island with build-in dining is a perfect place to gather for a family meal.
*Master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet & a private bathroom with a large, stylish walk-in shower.
*Bunkroom with 2 set of bunkbeds and trundles that sleeps 6. Build-in closet and a full length mirror to help you get ready.
*Shared full bathroom with walk-in shower

2ND FLOOR:
Guests walk up a lighted, beautiful stairs to an open floor plan living/gameroom space with comfortable couches, 72" flatscreen TV, a game space that equiped with games and refrigerator. On this floor, you can find a full washer/dryer tucked inside a build-in nook and a french door that leads you to the large balcony looking down to the pool area.
*Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, build-in closet, and a dresser. A double french door that leads to the front balcony with a bay side view.
*Bedroom 4 is beautifully decorated with a full-size bed, build in storage, a large full length mirror, and a private full bath with a walk-in shower.
*Bedroom 5 has a full over full bunkbed with build in storage.

POOL AREA:
Privately fence backyard with picnic tables, pool chaises and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. A pool with a waterfall, build-in benches and table, ready for you to submurge in the cool water on a hot summer day. Lots of space for outdoor games.

When you visit the island there is so much to do. Make sure to check out Schlitterbah Beach Water Park for a great family outing, the island Equestrian Center for horse back riding on the beach, Sea Turtle, Inc for an interresting tour about the sea turtles that nest on the island, the Birding Center to see alligators and feed the turtles, Clayton's Beach Bar which is the largest outdoor bar in Texas, Louie's for bungee jumping, go-cart racing, and a game of miniature golf, fishing at the Pier, zip lining, parasailing and so much more.
