I recently stayed at coco beach front and unfortunately, my experience was quite mixed. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were several significant issues that detracted from my overall experience. Firstly, the hotel did not have WiFi had to use my hotspot , which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I found the housekeeping staff to be a bit rude. Whenever we requested new towels, they would try to enter our room when we would open the door to receive the towels etc. which felt invasive. We needed extra towels frequently because the sink in the restroom was leaking, which was another issue we encountered. To top it off, my sister discovered a roach in the restroom, which was quite unsettling. Overall, while the cleanliness of the rooms was appreciated, the lack of WiFi, the rude behavior of some staff, and the maintenance issues made for a less than satisfactory experience.

Felt the hotel false advertised with its pictures! The pool was crammed in a corner and as big as a 6 person bathtub. Looked like it needed a good cleaning. There was no lounge chairs around the pool to sit and relax even if you didn’t want to swim in it! The room was ok. The bed was pretty comfortable. However, the bathroom was small and absolutely no place to but toiletries! The shower was small and again no place to even put your shampoo bottles! I didn’t think this was a low end hotel considering what we paid yet that is exactly what it was. The location on the beach and the staff was friendly and accommodating so it is getting a 3 star but that is generous

Great economical option in an ideal location! Comfortable beds, nice bar and patio areas, right on the beach! Room was fine, nothing fancy but serves the purpose. Location can’t be beat! On the beach and close to all the best spots on the island. Minor complaints/areas for improvement: coffee in the room or on the property would be nice and blinds or curtains that keep out some light would be great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely (and hope to) stay again in the future.

This place is horrible. They are so misleading on the information about the place. There were bugs in the bathroom. There is no private beach...it is a public beach. They don’t supply chairs and umbrella as advertised without a charge of $40 a day per person. We left after 1 hour and will never go back!!

Property looks nothing like the photos on Expedia. Roaches small spiders. Woke up to Roaches crawling on the wall. Mold bathroom really tiny. You can practically touch the ceiling. Great location easy access to the beach bar on Property parking is hit or miss due to it being open to the public. Staff was very nice. We paid for 2 nights but left a day early due to the conditions of the room.

This was most the most horrific experience that I ever had false advertisement the room was so small that a midget couldn't first and we had to sleep on wet linen that smelled like bleach for two days we left early because of the room they should've took this grosstel off the website the owner shame on the individual..

Great little spot in town!

Always love staying here due to the ease of beach access. Don’t have to worry about going up and down elevators going back and forth etc. The room was a good size for 5 people. Having the pull out couch makes it easier for everyone to sleep comfortably. Only flaw was at 10 am the electricity went out, I think they were working on something not quite sure. But they did give us an extra hour for check out. Regardless will definitely stay here again, it’s my favorite little spot.

Overall, not worth the prices charged

1. No one on property for evening issues like drunk people running up and down the halls, yelling and arguing. 2. The room was not cleaned nor new towels or toilet paper left. We had to walk around and find workers to get those things. To be clear tgats 5 days of no maid service 3. They require wrist bands but theyre not enforced. The hotel is located next to public access and many people started showing up as early as 8 AM taking up parking, using the beach area, bar area, volleyball area and pool with no enforcement of wrist bands. 4. We asked for a couple of the drinks shown on the website and was told, "We don't make those here." So, the menu for food and the bar is extremely misleading as is the pool area. 5. The pool is a cocktail pool completely shaded, not a pool people can enjoy and use as a normal pool. Overall, the stay was not worth the price paid when there were other accomodations/hotels we've stayed at on the island that include room cleaning, breakfast, have round the clock workers to enforce safety and wrist bands, and have real pools and amenities for guests only.
